Sent a young lady to talk to my 83 year old Marine dad with Dementia about his feeling. Dad is 83,…read morehe doesn't have feelings he just feels grumpy. Renting unnecessary gear for him and putting it in his room. Dropped/discharged him when he went to the ER. Problems keeping up with his medicine, the nurse or I always needed to remind them. The call center is always polite. Nurses are overworked. Usually 15 to 40 minutes after you call the call center before someone calls you back. The person calling you back is not necessarily the nurse in charge of the patient you called about. Did not respond to patient issues when he fell and hit his head causing the facility to call an ambulance and send him to BSA (over 10 times).

I am really not sure why I could not at least get physical therapy from Bsa Compassion Home Care or why Bsa Compassion Home Care dose't want to deal with me but I will never suggest Bsa Compassion Home Care to anyone.

After we had been there for a few days they sat down with us and gave us our dad's medical plan and timeline on when they thought he would be independent enough to go home and take care of himself. The facility was clean and quiet. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here for rehab.

The building is nice but the care is terrible and the money being charged for the lack of proper care is awful.
