In both cases, we ended up needing referrals to other providers, but the urgent care team handled everything professionally and helped us get pointed in the right direction. One of the biggest advantages for us is the location -- it's so close to our house that we could walk there if needed, which is incredibly convenient in stressful situations. Hopefully we won't need to use them again anytime soon, and obviously I'm not recommending anyone need urgent care if they can avoid it. But if you do have a lower-level emergency or need prompt medical attention, I honestly couldn't recommend this place more highly.

A female doctor opened, and I was a bit skeptical as she was younger, but I gave her a shot. I liked her during my time with her but when I received my bill it was coded in an odd order to which my insurance said I would not of been billed for this amount if the Doctor had just put the "office visit code" first rather than her putting a code at the top which made it seem as if she was diagnosing me for mental health disorders to which she did not. The doctor's office denied my claim instead of just simply putting codes in different order. I am stuck with a large bill now and a very horrible experience. Swedish needs to do better....
