I've been here six or seven times. Everything feels rushed and they are very expensive. I had a couple of questions during my physical and they charged me for a whole separate appointment but he never returned to the room to actually answer the quick and easy questions (so I paid for two appointments and never even had my three simple questions answered). The billing department is impossible to get ahold of so I'm having trouble getting that charge reversed or talking to anyone about it. Dr Suh is nice and professional enough but this office seems to be solely about getting paid. I'm paying for the extra appointment, cutting my losses and taking my business elsewhere in the future. Update: Dr. Suh has responded and furthered my point about money being the primary focus for his practice therefore I am lowering this to one star. He also did not address my issues trying to contact billing which I've faced multiple times and see others have issues as well. I visited UW medicine for the first time yesterday where my new doctor spent 20 minutes with me encouraging me to ask questions and offered an app to communicate with between visits should I have questions. I wish some of the reviews that are here now had been here before I went to this clinic. The short story is, they will bill you at any chance they get. As a doctor, Dr. Suh was great, actually. He listened well, was very open and forthcoming, and was a great guy to just have a chat with. The receptionists and other staff were also very kind. Unfortunately, that's all the good things I have to say. Like others here, I scheduled a baseline physical, and during my initial appointment, I was asked by Dr. Suh if I had any questions. I mentioned one thing that I've dealt with in the past, as well as a current ailment I was dealing with, but neither of us were too worried about anything. There was no prognosis, diagnosis, or any kind of in-depth discussion. Four months later, I received a bill for over $140 for this appointment. I immediately contacted the billing department via PatientAlly. They told me that since I asked these questions--which, again, I was prompted to by Dr. Suh--my visit was actually a "medical office visit", so they billed me for 25 minutes. Upon further prompting, I discovered that I had been billed not only for a medical office visit, but as an existing patient as well, which I was not. I figured I would cut my losses, get the claim fixed as a new patient, and move on. Their office did indeed change the claim to a new patient visit--then bumped the amount of time from 25 minutes to 45 minutes, raising the bill to over $200. To pay $200 for an actual medical office visit is already extreme, but to think that I am literally paying $200 for having asked two questions (upon being prompted) is appalling. I will never go to this clinic again, and would recommend others avoid this establishment as well. Edit: It has been 3 months since I wrote this review. I have tried multiple times to contact the billing department, using the online portal and even the office manager's "direct line". This line only has an automated message telling you to leave your name and number, saying they will get back to you. They will not. read more

Nice office and great doctors but their billing department is terrible. Talked to the office manager regarding my concern, she wasn't even listening and was talking over me. (Needs a training in customer service) They don't want to bill your insurance for certain codes because the reimbursement is too low for them? Impossible to get in contact with the doctor, they don't reply to your messages. Very disappointed! They just lost a patient because of customer service! read more

Unfortunately I'm very disappointed with my experience here. The doctors seemed nice but their billing department is terrible. My first appointment was billed to the wrong insurance. It is very hard to even get ahold of anyone in the office by phone. A few months later, I came in for a physical and while chatting with the doctor, I asked him if he knew of a chiropractor I should go to and he gave me a piece of paper with a chiropractor's information on it. They charged this separately from the physical so it was not covered by insurance. The doctor didn't even touch my back or anything, but apparently asking for a chiropractor to go to will cost you $60. It has been a month and I still haven't even seen the chiropractor yet. This is very poor business practice and I'm very disappointed. read more

Who doesn't like or need a little self love right about now? I have seen Dr. Suh three times now and have not been disappointed. I'm taking a baby step approach to the procedures, and I discuss with Dr. Suh and agree at which procedure would be best for me. Dr. Suh is a medical doctor and really loves his patients. All of his patients. He is passionate about our health and well being. The whole thing, mind and body. This is the second time I've done a Micro Laser Peel. This time we did a medium depth all over the face, giving a little more "love" to the lines around the mouth. This helps the face to exfoliate and correct textural and pigment issues (dark spots) They said about 5 days for all the peeling to stop. I say allow a full 7 days. So worth it!! Then for the first time at his suggestion and professional opinion, I did Vollure under eye filler to help alleviate loss of volume. There definitely is a difference, but he told me immediately following that I may need a more aggressive approach to my eye area. I also did the Versa peri oral lip filler to help plump out the lip lines. ABSOLUTELY love this and its super natural looking as well. I waited a bit to write my review because I tried the PDO absorbable threads inserted to help stimulate collagen in the upper lip/nasal labial region. This after a month just seems to get better and better! I would be happy to share photo's if anyone is interested. In my opinion, Dr. Suh is like a one stop shop. Don't waste your time with groupons or sketchy practices. My experience before, during and after is stellar. And I will continue to come back (about every 18 months or so) And that works for me! read more

I actually came on Yelp to write a review about another provider at a separate location I saw today as I had a really bad experience. I typed it all out but decided against posting it. I am upset and I do not want to damage the reputation of a doctor just because my appointment wasn't what it should have been. So I decided to come to my Primary Doctor's Yelp & post something positive instead. Dr. Suh was the doctor who referred me to the OBGYN I saw today. He had no idea the outcome would have been how bad it was because Dr Suh had faith in this doctor and in that faith, he hoped she could help me as I have been suffering for over a year and my problems have only gotten worse these past few months. Dr Suh's ultimate goal is helping others. Not just his patients as you see the charity work he has done on missions he has article hanging on his wall. Dr Suh has heart and a passion for helping others. A lot of doctors have changed as our medical keeps changing, 15 minutes appointments, not a second over, doctors are callous, and want to get as many patients in the door as possible to get them out and billes out even faster. Dr Suh takes his time. He doesn't leave you hanging with unanswered questions. And if it is out of his realm of expertise he refers you. Not always is it a great fit with who he sends you too, but if it's not a good fit he won't give up to find you the care you need. Today the obgyn I saw left me with little hope, in tears, and making me question myself as a human by being judged as a chronically ill woman. It really wasn't fair. But I have to go back and regroup my fear of doctors and remind myself there are still good ones like Dr. Suh. Horrible follow through. Dr. Suh is a nice man and he has a great energy, his staff, however, was atrocious. I had blood work done and still did not have my results after 3 weeks. I called and called, left messages and sometimes actually talked to someone. What a joke. BTW I only saw the Dr. one time, but that's enough. Totally unprofessional. Doc Suh was recommended to me by a good friend. So I checked him out as my Primary Care Dude. He's excellent at explaining things to you in a non-technical manner and I was very impressed when he called me back personally when I had questions or needed clarification on some prescriptions. Who does that now a days!? His staff is friendly and I have to say there are some cuties in the office. He has also expanded into the med-spa business, I always wanted to clear up my beard line - you know get rid of some stray whiskers on the cheek and neck line. The front desk is helpful and the aesthetic services from Arienne and Dr. Suh are top notch. Lastly, their online health and beauty shop is reasonably priced and they offer deals from time to time that are hard to beat if you don't want to make a trip to the office. Update: I'm happy to say that the previous troubles I had communicating with the office & Drs have been solved. The Doctors are absolutely terrific but it was impossible to talk to anyone....about anything. They have added a new on-line patient portal. (Very user friendly). Communication is now swift and easy. Prescriptions, questions, scheduling. You can even see your actual test results and reports. Also, I just had my physical and it looks like they are back to full staff. So happy to give them back my 5 star rating. They worked hard. Well deserved. read more

Dr. Suh's office is nice. I've been going to him for a few months now, and he's a really easy doctor to talk to. The office is clean and the employees that people reference in other reviews no longer seem to work there (if they do, then they have changed their bad habits), because I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I was weary that is was a med spa along with being a primary doc, but I've ever felt like someone was trying to upsell me on other stuff once or twice. I have suffered with migraines my entire life. I have been to 3 headache clinics, several neurologists and a pain clinic. I used to spend 4-5 days in bed a week and had no life especially after I had a hysterectomy 13 years ago. Unless you have had them it is difficult to understand. The emergency room doesn't respond as they have different motives or think you do. I literally had no where to turn. I had tried massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, prophylactic medicines, diet restrictions, exercise, bio identical hormone treatment, to no avail. The first thing Dr. Suh asked was about my allergy testing. I had had skin testing but not a blood test for allergies. Now I know what food to avoid. He did a detailed hormone panel and now I take 3 different hormones that he monitors with regular blood work. He also injects Botox in my head, neck, shoulders, scapula and rhomboids. I am beyond grateful. I have a life! I have lost 27 pounds, I can make and keep plans and I have taken up a new sport. The office runs like clockwork. They are kind, polite and efficient. Not only has he helped me with my migraines but has boosted my immune system with some of the natural products that he sells in his office. He cares and is very smart in Western medicine and Eastern. Where does a Doctor go when they need one? DR. SUH! This office runs like medical offices used to. A real person answers the phone and is polite, prompt and accommodating. Dr. Suh is a true generalist, well educated and stays current in many areas. I trust him with my care and that of my family. I had recently been there for a medical check up regarding my chest problem. The doctor was good, but I didn't feel he was truly interested in helping. He recommended another doctor instead. Which was fine but still. By the end of my visit I paid cash and I've got the receipt for it. A few weeks after I received a letter saying I owe them anothe 45$. I called the office and asked them for an explanation. The front office said that suposively I didn't pay for FILLING OUT MY MEDICAL PAPERWORK WHICH WAS MY WEIGHT AND HIGHT AND ETC. Nobody ever told me I was going to pay for filling out paperwork. If I had known I would not have gone there! Who in hell would pay 45$ to fill out their paperwork?! Not me! I see Dr. Corsilles here, he is my ND. They are a very holistic practice that focuses not on just symptom relief but whole life health. They want to really dig deep to make sure they are exausting every source of the cause. It seems exhaustive at times, but you wouldn't expect less from your mechanic, why not your doctor? Other doctors give a guess and prescribe meds, Dr. Corsilles and Suh make sure you are healthy to get rid of the cause, not just the symptoms! Highly recommend! read more

Dr. Suh was fine, but the front office is dreadful. Billing, communication, scheduling was horrible. It is a deal breaker to have to go through such an ordeal before and after the visit. Awesome team of doctors. This a small, privately owned/operated practice that stands out in comparison to corporate clinics in the area. Dr. McCabe is not just a doctor but also a person who truly cares about the well being of her patients, one of best medical professionals I have come across. The office has a streamlined approach to making appointments, offering text message and email communication which is super convenient. Receptionists have gone above and beyond for me, even during the holidays when office was closed, set me up with an appointment when I had to travel day after Christmas. I also had the chance to talk with Dr. Suh, the owner, when he was filling in. Very down to earth person, knowledgeable and also caring. I've been working with Dr. Suh's office for the last several weeks. I began the HCG diet and have successfully lost 20 pounds in less than a month. The whole process was professional and simple, the diet was explained in detail and I was sent home with a packet of instructions, supplies, and recipes. I have been able to contact them by email or phone very easily with any questions, and my appointments are on time and friendly. Love this place for their Hydrafacial membership. You can purchase 3 months at a time or a full year and the pricing is extremely affordable at $100/facial. There are some other perks as well, but the main one is the heavily discounted Hydrafacial. Other spas and clinics are charging over $150 for the exact same 30 minute facial. This clinic does a very thorough job with getting all parts of the face, and a lot of TLC goes into it. I'm always glowing for weeks after and my skin looks so bright and beautiful. Highly recommend. It's also super easy to make an appointment as you can communicate with the receptionist by text message. The other perk is that since it is a medical clinic, no tipping is necessary unlike other spas. So $100 flat per facial with no hidden fees. They always put extra moisturizer AND sunscreen on after it's done so your skin is hydrated and protected even further. 10/10! read more

If you want a Dr. who will actually listen and take the extra time to ask the right questions and explain why he is or is not going to doing something then Dr. Suh is who you want to see. He also shows a true compassion for the patient as it extends outside your typical 15 minute visit. He shows a true concern and interest for your life outside the 'check-up' by not running down a check-list and logging a computer then sending you on your way.
