Same reply from the owner and when I expressed my concern for the tax deadline approaching, the owner said "oh I have a client, I'll call you back".... Crickets. Never heard back. After filing a better business complaint, the owner stated he filed my return but it was denied. I decided to do my own taxes on turbo tax and got my refund within 3 days. Do not trust this business and do not give them any personal information. Will be suing for my money back.
