Once I called about details for the position all this information is sprung on me & I'm out of a gig due to her unprofessional behavior, I've tried to move past the situation & move forward with the agency but every time I call, Regina picks up the phone to argue with me about that situation, attempt to gaslight & rearrange the story just to not give me a job. she ain't stopping no bag but it's just weird that I'm not able to be treated fairly due to her not being able todo her job/ take accountability/ or even be professional & just move past the situation. she makes it personal & IT WAS HER FAULT I wasn't even going to write this but just to warn any future people interested in applying here just skip it I promise you what she offered wasn't even all that it was a two day position... but the fact that all of this happens behind it lets me know this was gonna be bs regardless

They accidentally over billed twice and only corrected it after I asked about it. I hired them for tax planning and only after issues arose did they say that they stopped providing that service. I paid nearly $8k to file one year's taxes and help with QBO - their original estimate for the services was $3k. In the end, there was a mistake on my taxes as filed (I will take responsibility for the miscommunication that caused the mistake) and they wanted $1,500 to fix it. I got bids from 2 other accountants to fix the error -- both were under $500. After I asked for this to be discounted, they emailed me saying "it is clear your goal is to receive the best services at the cheapest amount possible from service providers. That mantra is not aligned with our professional goals." On this, I agree with them -- they do not seem to want to provide the best service at the best price. PS. I never paid a final bill of ~$300 because they wouldn't provide basic clarity about past hours billed and there had been errors in billing before.

The price he quoted me was 1/3rd of the amount quoted by a recognized accounting firm. Mr. Sherman's office completed my aunt's final tax return, calculated and mailed out all 24 1099 forms for the beneficiaries and provided copies of everything to me. He provided an audit representation guarantee that I did not need - but was good to have as an assurance. I do my own taxes using tax software, but will definitely go to Mr. Sherman when I no longer can figure it out myself - and I am reaching that point! He has competent associates in his employ and I have no complaints.

In 2018 my mother needed more assistance due to vision impairment so she lived with me and my family. My Ladybug team was always, always kind to her. They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I have said it before and will say it again, I am beyond blessed to have found this amazing company, it's owner and the amazing team that makes our world brighter. Literally and figuratively.
