My experience with this business was extremely disappointing. I brought in my phone, fully honest about the internal issues it had. I was told it was "only good for parts" and was offered $40. I trusted their assessment, only to later see the exact same phone posted for sale at around $500. Whether it was incompetence or a complete lack of transparency, the result was the same. I walked away feeling taken advantage of. If they believed the phone was worth reselling, that should have been communicated instead of downplaying the value of the phone. I did go back into the business and demanding to get my device back. After a little back and fourth, they gave me back the phone and tried reassuring me "they're honest people". In my opinion there was nothing honest with how that went down.

I took my Apple Watch to Trinidad to repair the battery and I must say he was very genuine in the service he provided. He tried several solutions and unfortunately my watch to was far from repairable. Trinidad took the time to show me that a new battery wasn't going to fix my problem and gave me a few recommendations. He didn't charge me since he didn't repair my watch but I insisted since he took time from his busy schedule to try and fix my watch so we settled on a small tip. I highly recommend Trinidad and GoodGeekz for any of your electronics repair needs. Good Karma goes a long way!

So glad I found this place! My iPhone X had a completely shattered screen that was blacked out and not usable at all. I contacted this company and recieved an immediate response, a competitive price, and the best part is that he came out to my house so I never had to leave and Trinidad was so nice to work with. Now my phone that I thought wasn't repairable is now as good as new! I would definitely reccomend using this company for all your screen repair needs. read more

We went because we bought a phone off of a family friend but the phone was carrier locked even though our family friend had done everything possible to try to unlock it, themselves. Took about 10 minutes or less, asked us to test the phone before them so we could make sure it worked. Super efficient and affordable, will be returning to them for any future phone problems! read more

The phone had a shattered screen and bent frame but they were able to do a quality screen replacement so I could back-up the data properly. Trinidad communicates clearly and took the time to explain the challenges in their technicians repair.
