The hostess was friendly, but the big man behind the counter, looked right past me twice and took another customer's order before mine. Thankfully, a younger gentleman stepped in and took my order, which I appreciated. As for the food, the cheesesteak was very disappointing. It lacked seasoning completely, and the only thing that somewhat saved it was the extra ketchup I added. I couldn't even finish it there, I ended up taking it home and fixing it myself just to make it edible. Being a Philly native, I had higher expectations. In other words, an embarrassing waste of money. While I assume their other offerings are better (believe me it would be hard for things to be worse) I would steer clear of their pizza or pay very, very close attention to make sure the piece(s) you ask for are not substituted for lesser crap. Their breakfast sandwiches are easy to order online and pick up right at the counter, which makes morning beach runs a lot smoother. Inside, there are loads of different danishes and sweets to choose from, along with plenty of more savory dishes like the buffalo chicken roll.
