Once they got me to sign a contact and get them paid for those items they never again answered my calls regarding my renewal of DACA. Went with them in June of 2020, DACA expired on November 2020. Called them multiple times in between and did not hear back from them until February of 2021. I told them I was very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and the "assistant" caller said that someone in charge would get back with me. It is now November 2021 and they have called me multiple times to "address" what I had paid them for. I answered their call and was pretty much called a liar over the phone, was told my contract with them was purely for professional assessment, charged $750 dollars to "advise me", change my address only. I have attached the contract where it clearly stated they were to Renew my DACA. When it comes to such important matters like your immigration status/filling PLEASE find a law firm that will take you seriously and not scam or ignore you.

No immigration lawyer is cheap, we knew that, but some we realized, do not help through the entire process. We were overwhelmed to find there are more than enough immigration lawyers in Las Vegas, some who charge less than average, others who overcharge and others who do not share their costs. Also, surprisingly enough, many immigration lawyers had great reviews and fancy websites promising favorable outcomes in a short amount of time. With this information, it did again, make us skeptical all lawyers who would take our money and not be forthcoming or supportive with our immigration situation. We finally narrowed it down to two very reputable immigration lawyers. I emailed both lawyers we we're considering. Vissia responded the same day. I responded clarifying our current situation, again I received a prompt reply, not only did she encourage my wife and I to set up a consultation, she assuaged our concerns with starting our process. We immediately set up our consultation. Upon arriving, Vissia's office staff were welcoming and courteous. During the initial consultation, we were both very nervous and blind to what to expect. We asked her every possible question we could think of good, bad, and the in-between. Vissia was honest, reassured us our situation was not abnormal and importantly gave us steps to complete before we were ready to submit our application. My wife and I completed the steps and returned to Vissia. Again, everything discussed was clear, up front, with no added sugar coating of how long and arduous the process of completing the immigration process could be. Throughout the year, Vissia and her office were professional, supportive, responsive to all our questions, no matter how obtuse or anxiety ridden they may have been. Although this was our process, my wife knew we had to share our experience with others. We felt sharing our experience, would help others with not only finding a reputable and honest immigration lawyer, but in taking their first step.
