After begging unsuccessfully for joint custody without involving attorneys for 15 months, our first appearance in court (April 30, 2019) I was awarded temporary joint custody. (as my ex continued to fight it for almost the next two years) They were able to mediate and resolve my divorce in December of 2020. Fast forward to July of 2022, my sons were enrolled in a very untraditional school that was owned by my ex and her mother. I was able to get the boys accepted into a highly rated charter school and felt it was in their best interest to attend that school with my bonus son and eventually my daughter from my new marriage when she enters kindergarten. We had an extremely uphill battle given the fact that the current school was a family business from my ex's side. Radford and Kimberly put together an incredible case and were meticulous and thorough in what they presented in the courtroom.
