I visited Choice Dental for a cleaning and without a through examination it was determined that I…read moreneeded a deep cleaning. I refused the service and left. DH said the cleaning he was given lasted 10 minutes tops. I found another dentist in Marshall and after a very through examination and a general cleaning I was told that I did not need the services that Choice Dental tried to give me. I'll be reaching out to my insurance and let them know that DH did not receive the services that was billed. I'd stay far away from this place, they believe in giving/charging for services that aren't needed.

Anyways after seeing the Dentist the Dentist said I needed 2 Root Canals, I had an absesce under my right front tooth, and I needed6 month treatment of Deep cleaning, which was all a scam, because I take care of my teeth, I went to an endodontics and Dr. HARRINGTON From Tyler Endodontics checked my 2 Damaged teeth that Gladewater family Dentist said I needed 2 Root canals on, and Dr. HARRINGTON said my 2 teeth was good and I didn't need a Root Canal only 2 Crowns, then I went to another Dentist for xrays and I didn't have no absesce under my right front teeth , and I didn't need no deep cleaning treatment, I get my teeth clean 2 times a year and I wear a permanent retainer under my front teeth and bottom teeth, because I have been under an orthodontist care, Gladewater family Dental tried to charge me over 6,000 for work on my teeth that I didn't ever need, and then they kicked me out the back room after saying what my Insurance pay, They are rude and liars at this place and they be scamming people with unnecessary treatments that they don't even need. I Advise anyone who goes their to get an second opinion from another Dentist because they be lying and scamming people in getting all this expensive treatment you don't need, I Advise people to Run from Gladewater Family Dental and don't be scammed by them, Beware people...... OMG, not only is Dr. Dinh in-network, but his office is the dentist practice you would envision as the perfect dentist practice if you could make one up. Esmerelda did my full mouth x-rays with aplomb--friendly, efficient and fast. And Natalie was like the quintessential assistant, coordinating the entire visit. No sooner did I check in than she escorted me to my treatment room. Dr. Dinh was the "hail fellow well met," hearty, friendly, genial and informal enough that you could understand your diagnosis and treatment plan.
