First, the male doctor who excised my cyst from my left jawline permanently BOTCHED my face, I also paid like $1,000 for that. So thank you Goodman, for charging me to butcher my face. I have had an issue now for a year, where cysts pop up all over my body and Amy couldn't figure it out, the PA Macy wouldn't refill my script after swabbing it, and sending in Amoxocillin since it was indeed bacterial, and today the infection has spread all over. I have moved between states, and she could've easily refilled it and I wouldn't be covered in cysts right now. The phone systems have gotten worse, and worse, and worse. I used to be able to get an appointment same day, someone on the phone within 2-3 rings RINGS (NOT BUTTON PRESSES AND HOLD TIMES). They really need to just ditch that stupid phone system, it's trash and keeps the customer from ever getting any help or anybody on the line. THANK YOU GOODMAN. Dr Louie at the East Cobb Location, is the only dermatologist that has value at these practices. And has been surgically accurate and not caused any scarring. No one else though unfortunately.

Becca took extra time and care to listen to my concerns and come up with a treatment plan that we both felt comfortable with. My results are natural and subtle but also very effective. At my first visit we also discussed treating my melasma--an incredibly difficult-to-treat skin discoloration usually due to hormones. She explained different ways it can be treated, but just how persistent and frustrating it can be even with treatment. With all this in mind, I chose to do the treatment she recommended and loved my results! Some of the hyperpigmentation has come back, because hormones and the sun exist--even with my use of hats and sunscreen, but that's just the nature of melasma. The treatment we did worked wonderfully! I plan on doing further work with her in the fall when the sun has lessened some of it's summer intensity and it will be easier to get a handle on things. Then afterwards she proceeded to massively spray down the room with Lysol as if she was offended that she even had to examine me there. It wasn't about my hygiene, because I take great care of myself. She was just seemingly offended by where the area was located. To my defense, I thought they were more than just estheticians and laser technicians (which anyone can get a certificate for), I thought were going to talk to professionals and expertise. After all, the name says "Southern Plastic Surgery & Cosmetic Laser Center", so I thought they could do more. . not esthetician and laser techs! However, whether she was offended by where she had to examine or not, I'm still a human being. I shouldn't be made to feel like this. I took time out of my schedule and traveled over an hour to be insulted by a tech. So if she was offended, I was much more offended.
