I had been misdiagnosed by another dermatologist with scabies for 16 months before seeing Hannah. She told me on the first visit that it looked fungal. On the second visit, she took a hair sample, at my request, because I knew something was itching in my head. She had also prescribed different shampoo's for fungal infection on my scalp. She did NOT test my hair sample which could've been done in the office, and offered no apology, or reason for failing to do so. On my third visit, she told me that I needed to see a counselor, and suggested a counselor. I had sores all over my body. My back, feet, legs, arms, and hair. Imagine being told that nothing is wrong with you, and you need to see a counselor, after going through all this. I decided to check her background. She did her understudy in Psychology, and had been with Cleaver since 2023. Fungal infections are common, and if they go untreated, it will spread everywhere, like mine had. I called the office manager, and she suggested I see one of their MD's who was more experienced in fungal infections. She also defended her when I ask did they often refer patients to counseling. This practice is a joke. I'm assuming they do a lot of cosmetic procedures. I have been seen by another dermatologist who has confirmed my fungal infection, and now has me on an oral anti fungal, which Hannah refused to give me. I don't know about all their providers, but Hannah has very little experience with real skin conditions. She also lacks communication with her patients. I would highly suggest if you have any type of skin condition, that you don't see Hannah. I have never had any provider treat me like I was crazy, and suggest counseling. Most especially when my body was covered in scabs, and open wounds. Terrible experience!! Don't go here unless you want to be misdiagnosed, and told to go to counseling!!

Not off to a good start. I was seen at an event at N. Fulton Hospital at the end of August. I got a…read morephone call in the first week of September trying to get me to book an appointment with Dr. Goodman since he was the doctor who saw me. I was out of town so I said I would call back. Called back today and was told right off they don't take market place insurance (Obamacare.) I don't have that kind of insurance. Even after telling the girl that answered the phone what kind of insurance I had she had to place me on hold several times to talk with the office manager. She came back on the line and told me they don't accept my insurance. So I called my provider. Sure enough this office is in my network. So my provider called them and conferenced me in after explaining to the new person that answered the phone that they did accept my insurance. Then they tried to say that the Dr. Goodman wasn't accepting new patients. That was a lie because a) He was the doctor at the event trying to get new business and b) the first girl I spoke to said he was booked until the middle of October but he was available after that.

Shockingly Unprofessional, Unethical, and a Total Waste of Time…read more I wish I could give zero stars. My appointment here was an absolute joke from start to finish. Most of my visit was spent filling out information on a tablet and waiting. When I finally got into a room, nearly the entire interaction was with an assistant who didn't address the issue I came in for. Dr. Chismar eventually came in, glanced at my skin from about six feet away for maybe a minute, said there was "no way to know" what my condition was or what caused it, and then abruptly left for a supposed phone call. She never returned. Instead, the assistant came back with several prescriptions -- none of which were explained to me. Trying to get any clarification was pointless. I was shuffled to the front desk and told to pay $349 with insurance, even though I had been quoted $130-$215 for self‑pay. When I said I preferred to self‑pay, I was told it was "illegal" not to use my insurance -- which is absolutely false. After I called them out, they backtracked on the "illegal" claim but still refused to let me self‑pay, saying it was "policy." Their policy is deceptive, unethical, and predatory. I left with no diagnosis, no answers, no plan, and a much lighter wallet. My entire day off was wasted. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
