I have really severe dental anxiety from past experiences, and because of weight-loss surgery, my body doesn't absorb vitamins the same way my teeth have suffered, and honestly, so has my confidence. I was embarrassed, scared, and ashamed to even show a dentist what things looked like. I almost didn't reach out at all. Late last night I sent an appointment request to Adobe Hills Dental, explaining what happened. By 7:00 AM the next morning, they were calling me and getting me in immediately. That alone made me feel cared for. From the moment I walked in the door, every single person treated me with kindness and respect. The front desk was patient, reassuring, and so genuinely warm. When I walked into the exam room, there was a little sign that said "Welcome, Katelyn." Such a tiny gesture but when you're anxious and embarrassed, that tiny gesture feels like a lifeline. It told me I wasn't just another patient; I was a person. And then I met Dr. Farmer. I cannot express how grateful I am for him. He has the best bedside manner I've ever seen. He talked me through everything, validated my feelings, and never once made me feel judged or rushed. He was empathetic, gentle, and made me feel safe something I haven't felt in a dental chair in years. He explained every step, made sure I understood my options, and genuinely cared about how I was feeling.Their pricing is more affordable than anywhere else I've been, and their payment options are a blessing. It's clear they actually want to help people, not overwhelm them. I walked in anxious, embarrassed, and hurting... and walked out feeling hopeful, understood, and taken care of. I've never said this about a dental office in my life, but I will absolutely be back and I'll be bringing my family, too. If you struggle with dental anxiety, embarrassment, or past trauma with dentists... go see Dr. Farmer. He restored my trust, my confidence, and honestly a little piece of my heart today.

When I got there only 3 people were infront of me. AFTER I filled out their paper work and waited they THEN told me, "oh, the doctor has chosen NOT to see you today. It's a case by case basis. But it you have a kid that we see you can make an appointment." What a prejudice Jerk! Adults are people too! If I did have children I'd NEVER take them to a dental office that is cold!

After my little fell and knocked half a tooth out, bloody as all get out, we were all traumatized. Around the Mountain made tile for her saw the same day! The entire staff and especially the ladies at the front desk (who listened to my scared-mommy-sobs) were beyond kind. Forever grateful!
