We had our photos done and my father went over near the fire pit and struck up a conversation again with Anthony and from the little he told me he's incredibly knowledgeable about Christmas trees! He also has a great sense of humor joking about how he convinced my dad to get his photo taken- appreciate that Anthony! Although we didn't purchase a live tree this year, I would not hesitate to come back to Anthony's when I'm in the market for one and I highly recommend. Easy to find with flags marking the driveway, large area for parking, friendly staff, sleds for you to pull your tree after you choose the perfect one and the staff will prep and pack your tree. There was some sort of shaking device I assume helps clean up the needles before you take it home. They also had beautiful wreaths and a fire pit!

We had a great experience at Jurek this morning. We were undecided between cutting our own and…read moregetting a precut. Staff was kind when we walked in and explained each process. For those that do cut their own, there are saws to borrow and even a tractor ride that comes around on a 15 min loop. We ended up finding a 7.5 foot Fraser Fir and it cost around $100. Once we decided on the tree, a friendly employee came over and tagged it for us. We paid and were able to pull our car around where they had already taken a fresh cut and some low branches off. Then, they wrapped the tree and tied it to our car roof. Great service and a quick morning! We will be back!

We purchased 2 trees for both our home and our daughters. There wasn't a huge selection of trees (compared to other farms we've been at the past) and they were higher priced. I believe you get what you pay for so after buying both trees for $240 we had high hopes. Unfortunately after putting up our tree, it lost a lot of needles. We've had live trees for the past 30 years so we do have a lot of experience and I would never make that assessment if we didn't. We decorated and knew it wasn't that fresh but it is what it is. I wasn't going to return it as we came from Genesee county. Within a week the branches began falling limp (best way I can explain it) and my husband watered it from the first day but it took very little water that entire week. The second week we noticed our ornaments were moving lower onto the tree. Week before a Christmas and our ornaments were actually falling off the tree bc the ends of the branches actually point downward! Then our son in law said their tree took very little water that first day and stopped watering after second week bc the water level never went down. They took the tree down Christmas night bc it was dropping needles so badly. We took our tree down on 12/26 bc it truly looked sad and we had a huge mess of needles all over; truly never experienced so many needles when removing a tree in all these years. Also this is the ONLY time I felt I needed to leave a review for any tree! As I've said earlier, I believe you get what you pay for. This was NOT the case.

I was referred to the Blasz farm, by a friend of theirs, and was happy to support a local family during this time. The offer a ton of varieties in pre cut and you cut trees. Every tree we saw was gorgeous and perfect. There were also wreaths, gnomes and other decorations available for purchase. It was nice to be able to have some deluxe options that would be different from all the neighbors. Our wreath is much more full and handcrafted than ones I've purchased in the past. The prices were reasonable and the quality is excellent. The family members who worked here were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was wearing a mask and there was a lot of space to look around. I would recommend to anyone looking for a tree. Tip- bring cash or check to pay. They do not accept credit cards.
