We knew it was a warranty issue but just to make sure i was not immediately giving a bill for the service totally understand. While bill me twice if by chance it wasn't covered. I just received a text saying it was covered by warranty. Minus the service call. I paid the 75 dollars. Great deal if you ask me. Very long story but here's my point. Scot showed up promptly as promised. He was so polite and showed genuine concern for our issues on our new rv. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He did several test on all the units, took photos for documentation...it didn't take him long to see that we needed 2 brand new units. He took care of all the warranty work that needed to be set up. RV Rescue came to our rescue! We had a propane leak that another mobile rv service did not repair…read more No hot water, no heat with unseasonably cold weather! We called RV Rescue and they were onsite at the campground the same day! What a relief when we realized they knew their stuff. They assessed the problem onsite , called around for parts, and squeezed us in the next morning at their shop to do actual repair. Aaron and Tucker were amazing and knowledgeable. Great display of southern hospitality and concern. They replaced the regulator and double and triple checked for leaks. We were good to go. We were impressed with the courteous service; Tucker did a free visual inspection of our roof and took pictures of potential issues down the road. He also offered several tips on our thermostat operations and recommend future upgrade for ease of use. We highly recommend RV Rescue!
