I've been here three times in about the last year or so, I heard they were good. First time was…read morefor an alignment, second time I asked them to pressure test for a coolant leak, last time for tire mount and balance. First visit I had no issues. Second visit they were unable to find the leak, so I took it to the Ford dealership and they were able to find and fix the same day (spoiler alert, it was the heater core hose, guys). Last visit earlier this year I took in wheels and tires for mount and balance. They had them for a month before I just came and took them back to try somewhere else. They were able to get 3/4 of them done. They absolutely destroyed the finish on all four of the wheels, so severely in fact that in some places the metal surface of the wheel is also damaged. Against my better judgement, when I was asked if they could use ether to help seat the bead, I trusted them and said "do what you gotta do". Well, the guy used so much of the stuff it appears that the sidewall of one of the tires actually caught on fire. Goodbye warranty. This also destroyed the tire pressure monitor so completely that it doesn't even know what a psi is anymore. Tremendously disappointed to have had my things treated this way. Here's the kicker, I was still charged for mount and balance x4 even though they couldn't get the last one finished. I had to take it to Discount Tire in Dothan to finish the job. Which they did, by the way in about an hour. I guess it helps when you've got the right equipment and know what you're doing. Who knew? Aside from the poor work ethic there was absolutely no communication from them during the entire month they had the wheels and tires. Moral of the story is find a different shop. As far as I'm concerned this place is a barrel of monkeys.

I took my car to get my AC compressor replaced and was called an hour later saying…read moremy valve gasket and belts needed to be replaced because the valve gasket was leaking oil onto my original AC compressor. I went ahead and did that come to find out they left a bracket off that was hanging and hitting the new AC compressor and was told that my valve cover had a small crack on the top but it didn't go all the way through. Turns out that was a lie because the valve cover is now leaking oil to replace the AC compressor the valve gasket and one belt they charged me $780. I WOULD NEVER TAKE ANY VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON. i wouldn't even trust these people to clean my car. ridiculous that they also wouldn't fix their fuck up.

These folks are fantastic, I lost my brakes traveling through enterprise. No one had the part I…read moreneeded not even two GM dealerships and couldn't get it for five days. They said " I will get home two hours away " if we can't fix this today. They found a part from a similar GM model and made the minor modifications to make it fit. They said GM uses the same fittings the hose for this model is a little longer we will just have bend it a little to fit in the space. I have lived all over the US and finding a GOOD mechanic is a challenge to say the least. If possible I will drive 150 miles back to have these folks fix my car if I can again. Every person who needs a mechanic should use these folks, they will do only the work necessary and not rip you off. May God Bless these folks with more business.
