I am new to the area and called some local parts stores for referrals. They referred 3 shops and I spoke to Damon at One Shot Tire & Auto. He was extremely knowledgeable on how to install my new dash and was flexible with my schedule. We scheduled to have it completed on Friday and like many vehicles it proved to have unknown issues. I've used them for all of my needs while in the Fort Rucker area. I've dealt with the owner on multiple occasions and he's been excellent in regards to supplying my own parts. I've had multiple aftermarket performance parts installed along with regular maintenance performed. Not being from the local area, he was always able to recommend local shops able to fulfill other needs for my vehicles. When I had one hiccup in regards to some aftermarket parts being installed the owner insisted on making everything right free of charge. It truly has been an absolute pleasure dealing with this shop. Which is very rare in my experience. They've always been the best for pricing and customer service in my experience. You hear stories about how mechanics take advantage of women charging them for repairs that are not needed and are never done but also charging them more for those repairs than they would have been charged if their husband had been present or had been the one to take the vehicle in for the same problem. You won't get that at One Shot!!! Damon and his staff are honest about the cost and what repairs need to be done. We have been taking our vehicles to him for a while now and I was in town one morning when I heard a grinding sound coming from my brakes. I immediately drove to see Damon. I normally schedule an appointment for work on our vehicles because I know Damon is very busy. I also know that vehicle repairs take time. I don't mind waiting and I would rather that they took their time instead of rushing and a mistake being made. He immediately took my car back and started working on it he was worried about my safety and didn't want me trying to drive it again until the brakes were fixed. He had to order some parts and yes it took a couple of hours of waiting but it was definitely worth the wait! He explained everything he had repaired and replaced and explained why those parts needed replacing and was a LOT cheaper than if I had taken it to the dealership. Fast forward a few months and my son's truck was needing the brakes looked at. I figured while it was there we would get him to change the oil as it was time for it to be changed. This was the first time we had to have repairs on his truck since owning it. The oil changes had been done elsewhere previously. SOOOOOO glad I asked Damon to check his oil!!! Damon called me after finishing the brakes and told me that he was really glad I had him change the oil because they found that one of the belts was severely dry rotted and falling apart. He told me the cost to replace the belt and told me they could go ahead and do it while it was there if I wanted or bring it back later. He warned me not to wait very long or we would have major issues if it did. He showed us the belt both on and off the truck and we chose to have him go ahead and replace the belt while it was still there. So glad we did because it fell apart when they started to remove it!!! Not only are our vehicles well taken care of with Damon but I know he is being honest with us about the work that needs to be done and the cost of those repairs! We depend on our cars (and trucks) to get us safely from point a to point b and back again safely and when it brakes down we want it repaired fast and cheap but reality is repairs cost money and sometimes take a lot longer to repair than we would like. There are times when a mechanic will find other problems that need repair when they are fixing a car or just doing routine maintenance on your car. Damon and his staff will keep you updated on the repairs and will let you know if they have found things in need of repair and the cost of those repairs but they will also inform you as to the urgency of those repairs. Knowing that Damon and his staff at One Shot are the ones taking care of our vehicles gives me peace of mind when we have to be on the road (especially when my son is on the road) because I know they have done the repairs right the first time! I have recommended One Shot to my family and friends (I have even sent total strangers there) and would reccomend them to anyone who needs a mechanic! We are repeat customers because we know the work will be done right the first time, we will NOT be charged for work that wasn't done and because Damon and his staff at One Shot are trustworthy, friendly and will go out of there way to make sure you and your family are taken care of. They let you know that it is time to have your vehicle back in for servicing and will contact you after you have had repairs done to make sure that you aren't experiencing any issues with those repairs. I would have given them more stars if I could have!!! One Shot Tire & Auto has been the best car shop I've ever dealt with. I had my vehicles clutch worked on by them and a part came defective, they took my vehicles and fixed it all at no charge, then a sensor went bad and they went ahead and fixed that too. A year later my clutch went bad again and I took it to another shop as I now live in Texas due to the military to get it checked because there's no reason it should be faulty at this point. Damon at One Shot took the time to communicate with the shop in Texas to make sure that the parts warranty was used and that I would have minimal charges for labor. Damon has gone above and beyond ensuring that I, as a costumer, am taken care of despite being a year later and in another state. It's a hidden shop in Enterprise but it's definitely worth checking out for services. I got new tires plus an alignment for less than other shops on town were charging for just the tires. In addition, they offer a military discount which is very appreciated. The mechanics are all super helpful and kind. I will definitely be returning. read more

Customer Beware of this Scam Auto Place! I wouldn't recommend this place for any type of service. I scheduled to meet with a mechanic (the owner) and he was too busy to meet with me. I left my car for him to look at it, which took him 5 hours after my appointment. After I took my car in to have a belt changed, all of a sudden everything is broken. I find it ironic how many catalytic converters need to be replaced in the same day. I'm pretty sure they tell everyone their catalytic converters are messed up when they're not. A lot of Soldiers have also had similar issues with this place as I have had. read more
