I've been here three times in about the last year or so, I heard they were good. First time was…read morefor an alignment, second time I asked them to pressure test for a coolant leak, last time for tire mount and balance. First visit I had no issues. Second visit they were unable to find the leak, so I took it to the Ford dealership and they were able to find and fix the same day (spoiler alert, it was the heater core hose, guys). Last visit earlier this year I took in wheels and tires for mount and balance. They had them for a month before I just came and took them back to try somewhere else. They were able to get 3/4 of them done. They absolutely destroyed the finish on all four of the wheels, so severely in fact that in some places the metal surface of the wheel is also damaged. Against my better judgement, when I was asked if they could use ether to help seat the bead, I trusted them and said "do what you gotta do". Well, the guy used so much of the stuff it appears that the sidewall of one of the tires actually caught on fire. Goodbye warranty. This also destroyed the tire pressure monitor so completely that it doesn't even know what a psi is anymore. Tremendously disappointed to have had my things treated this way. Here's the kicker, I was still charged for mount and balance x4 even though they couldn't get the last one finished. I had to take it to Discount Tire in Dothan to finish the job. Which they did, by the way in about an hour. I guess it helps when you've got the right equipment and know what you're doing. Who knew? Aside from the poor work ethic there was absolutely no communication from them during the entire month they had the wheels and tires. Moral of the story is find a different shop. As far as I'm concerned this place is a barrel of monkeys.

I get on the highway to go home and as soon as I get up to cruise speed my hood starts to lift! Whatever clown they're employing did not properly close the hood. I'll leave it to your imagination how that could possibly have turned out. Immediate four way hazards on, pull over off the highway, hope I don't get shwacked by traffic behind me, get out and close hood. I just now got back from Jim Whaley's where they took the tire with no hesitation and had it repaired in about 30 minutes. I will not return.

I was pretty detailed in what I wanted done. None of that was received by the service department and spent about 10 minutes discussing it when I arrived. I needed to drop my wife back at work right away and just made it seem inconvenient. Once I was gone the service adviser later called me and asked about random services that printed out with the sheet to get done. I.e.: engine coolant flush, replace spark plugs and replace fluids. Josh did a good job of catching these, otherwise I think I would have had some free fluid and plugs... The more baffling part is I never asked for any of this, and why would anyone do this at 60K miles? I have no issues with plugs, misfiring etc.... I would like the appointment people to care a little more about what I am saying and actually listen. If I have another experience like this I can take my business to Child's Automotive down the road, who will do the job better and cheaper (and oem parts if I want). Josh did a good job making sure parts were not put on without my knowing about it. Kudos to him for that. Edit: Upgraded my review to 3 stars. I have purchased many car in my life and never had such an aggressive condescending jerk who would not take no for an answer. He talked to me like I was a stupid child who just did not know what I needed. I have never bought the up sale extended warranties on anything. The extended warranties is where the car dealerships make lots of money. Its a new car if Honda doesn't honor the warranty on a new car guess I have purchased my last Honda They will never get my business again.
