BEWARE!!! These people are CROOKS! My juice order did not completely survive the summer heat in shipping. Arrived mostly thawed after 2 days in 100+ degree temps. There was still some ice in the middle, but, everything else was room temp. I was walking out the door when the box arrived, so, I put everything in the freezer until I could get back home. Of course, they REFROZE! That's what they do in the FREEZER! Well, I reached out last night to their customer service and they said they wanted photos "or it didn't happen". I informed them that I had refrozen the product, but, I would send their photos. I thawed everything back out and poured it down the drain to show that I was not going to consume the product. Nope.... Now they tell me that I "tampered" with it, and, there will be no refunds. There are hundreds of juice companies out there... I would choose a different one, if I were you. I was dehydrated so I wanted something healthy. Such good vibes and I like the organic smell of the business. They have a drive thru option as well. UPDATE: The company called me back, they stated that they need to work with Groupon to correct this error. Brittany was very apologetic and informed me that they don't ship the 16oz jars because they're fragile and don't ship/freeze well. Hopefully they can work this out with Groupon and get this corrected immediately. The juices are awesome... I'm a little disappointed by the customer service. I called once I received my order and haven't been able to reach anyone. The issue that I have is that I purchased a Groupon for one of their cleanse packages, and it's advertised that the juices are 16 oz jars, but the drinks I received were only 12 oz bottles. I love the juices (all of them are great), but I'm missing an entire 4 ozs from each drink....that's a little deceptive isn't it? This is the verbiage from the Groupon under "This is what you'll get".... I was supposed to get jars, not bottles right? Each cleanse consists of six 16-ounce jars of juice per day. All drinks are perishable after 72 hours. Unless they are frozen, drinks should be consumed within that time to avoid spoilage. Juices are derived entirely from local and organic produce (no water added) and is nutrient rich and pure. read more
