This place has a good menu of smoothies and juices and some food as well. I got a smoothie and an açaí bowl and they were both so good. You can pick your toppings for the bowl so you really get to make it what you want. I also tried the avocado toast one day which was good but truthfully nothing I couldn't have made at home. I think the bowl was the best thing. I got strawberries, granola and pineapple on mine and it was delicious and very filling. The service was friendly and helpful since navigating the menu the first time can be confusing. Had a few seating options if you wanted to dine in. Paying over $10 for a natural juice smoothie that had a citrus zing to it may scare some folks, yet I was nourished for the entire day. In fact, it was more than that- I was AMPED! Too bad this is the only fresh style veggie place around. It's really hit or miss. The first time I went there, the smoothie I had tasted like straight protein powder and ice, but my shot was perfect, veggie sandwich was good and morning muffins were yummy. The second time I went, the mega veggie grilled cheese I got was great and the spring rolls were delicious with the perfect sauce. Unfortunately, the last 3 or 4 times I've gone, the food has really taken a turn for the worse--thrown together haphazardly and not the same quantity or quality but the same price. I've been going to Fresh Vibes for awhile, and have always loved the drinks I get and tip well but I'm extremely disappointed in the service I got today. I ordered a Kale Yeah, when they put out a Kale Yeah my husband grabbed it and showed it to me but I noticed it had a different customers name on it and said, "Oh this doesn't say Lily, I don't think it's for me." The employee who was making the drinks heard me and said something about it, the drink belonged to someone who ordered after me. (I came in and ordered while the store was empty). So, I sat down and waited because it was busy but after about 20 minutes of waiting and having made eye contact with the employees, I finally got up to ask where my order was. They had finished the drink earlier and didn't bother to call my name or put the drink on the counter despite seeing me wait for my order. Instead they stuck the drink in their fridge and watched me wait for 20 minutes! I'm very frustrated and disappointed. Also the açaí (whole reason to get the bowl) was mostly still in frozen chunks, i felt like it was a packet from the Harris teeter freezer section that was hardly blended :( if you're getting the açaí bowl... don't. But the superfood smoothies are usually really good, I like the "kale yeah", "purple haze" & "pumpkin pie" & the staff is always friendly! I'm surprised there aren't more reviews on JV because quite a lot of people were ordering here. My Mayan Volcano (small) cost me a little more than $7 and the Peedee's Treasure (small) cost $5.5 . Didn't like the Happy Hummus. It was very thick and had a sweet taste, unbecoming of hummus. There were a couple of salads available for purchase and the hummus (Raw & Happy). Chalk board tables -- cute place. JV offers salads, healthy munchies, smoothies, fresh juices, cleanses, yoga , and a serene environment. Support the cause and this local gem! I absolutely love fresh vibes! My only issue is that this particular location is never open when they claim they are. I'm not sure if the staff closes an hour or two early every day, but they are rarely open. A note on the door notifies changing hours on their Instagram but there's absolutely nothing. Needed a snack and haven't had an açaí bowl in a couple of days. I found this place via you guessed it, yelp! I didn't take any pictures of my bowl (cup)...but here's the down low. The lunch rush was definitely in the place, service was fast & the woman taking my order was very helpful. I built my own açaí bowl. Peanut butter, almond milk...granola...blah blah. So when I was handed the bowl I was thrown off because it was in a cup. And thought to myself oh I haven't seen that. Anyway the texture was too runny, I would have loved a thicker açaí. All top ingredients tasted good but the base (açaí) was disappointing. The bowls that they actually specialize in making are probably better due to them be perfected. I have loved Fresh Vibes since it was the original Juice Vibes. However, recently you can tell that certain ingredients are being substituted with cheaper options. An example being the peanut butter, which used to be homemade, but now you can tell that they have switched to the lesser appealing option which comes in the large white tub and is pumped with hydrogenated oils. This is incredibly disappointing. I miss visiting Fresh Vibes without worrying about harmful preservatives...NOT the case anymore. Pitaya is another ingredient that doesn't taste "whole" anymore. It is much too sweet and has an artificial aftertaste. I really wish we could get back to being transparent! read more

I travel a lot for work and am always looking for a small business to support versus the chains. I found out about Fresh Vibes via Yelp and knew I would be there numerous times. It looks and smells fresh. The staff has always been nice but don't expect to run in and run out, it generally takes some time to get your goods. Sadly I am a creature of habit when it comes to food. When I try something I like, I typically stick with it. I've gotten stuck on the Happy Harvest juice and the GF avocado toast. I also really like the GF energy balls. It is not cheap. I bought a small juice, GF avocado toast and GF cookie dough energy balls and it was over $19.00. This is a bit steep considering you get one piece of toast. One visit I felt like I won the lottery as the employee fixing my GF avocado toast gave me two pieces as she said the GF bread is so small. I have loved everything I've tried with the exception of the GF cookie dough energy balls; they were ok. I'll stick with the regular energy balls. I'll definitely miss this place when I leave. read more

It was delicious, but I'm giving it only four stars for the fact that it was pretty thin and I only got one and a half small slices of avocado.
