so....it was raining my shoes got super wet. I didn't have time to go to a legit shoe store to buy shoes/sneakers. I go in this plaza because my event was at the plaza, I go in this goodwill and from the Jump this older lady with blonde hair gives me a dirty look.. ignored it maybe I'm just seeing things, is what I thought to myself. I go to the footwear departmen, find some Nike Foam runners size 7, I'm like yooooo my size !!! I'm hyped !! I ask the lady, "how much are these" she says "it's at the bottom of the shoe" I said "yeah but I can't understand the writing" she says "It's an 8 so they are 8" I said"okay" She then says "we are about close in 10 minutes so you need to go pay" i said "ok" Paid left the store went to my car sprayed my shoes with disinfectant mind you the shoes were probably worn twice were in good conditio. My event ended around 9:10ish I'm walking to my car and i pass two ladies sitting on a curb I guess waiting for their ride or something, it was the cashier and blond lady from the store!!! Blond lady goes "haha wow look she's wearing the shoes already hahaha wow that's nasty" They both just start laughing at me Making fun of me. I get to my car and was in disbelief on how these two women thought it was ok to laugh at someone like that. It took me 20 minutes to leave the parking area because of how shook I was sad part is that I'm Hispanic and they were both Hispanic...it be your own people sometimes..they are bullies! read more

I love this store and come here a lot..mainly to get books! it is nice and clean and spaceous. My daughter n I love to rummage for clothes in here and I always find nice stuff for her, that she loves. I have a sewing machine so I am always altering clothes for her....great Goodwill store...my favourite. read more

I was very satisfied with this store. First, it was organized and I found everything neatly placed. The prices are reasonable. What impressed me the most was the service; as I walked in I was greeted by the cashier, who I later asked a few questions and she was friendly and informative; when I paid, she organized my items (some of them had the 50% discount color) and the rest at marked price and she took 15% off being Tuesday and over 65 y.o. I was so impressed with her professional skills that I looked at her tag to get her name "Malanie" and told her I would leave positive feedback. She was very appreciative and asked me to come back anytime soon. read more

so I searched and searched far and wide to find a replacement lid for my crockpot. I had given up....one last stop and BAM they had two. I spent 4 bucks and mission accomplished. enough about me. The store had a lot of stuff and if you are not too proud to wear "vintage" then this place is for you. Light on housewares but plenty for kids and adults......Staff was very helpful and even though I had to break out Google Translate I made it through and they had a smile on their face. read more

Two words: spring cleaning. #enoughsaid Except not really. Recently been sorting my things out and seeing what to throw out, what to give away, and what to donate. The last of those three piles ends up at my local Goodwill, which happens to be this one. Found in Hialeah, the language of choice is Spanish. Went this past weekend and was spoken to in it, and well, to even be attended at the drop-off location, press the doorbell. My boyfriend and I completely missed it and thank goodness he went in to ask. While the doorbell may be a hit or miss, the parking isn't. This Goodwill is in a vast plaza, so plenty of parking. That and in front of the place, they have parking to make drop off much easier. Only left thing left to say is: make sure to ask for a receipt for a tax deduction. read more

if im being completely honest , goodwill is way to over taxed.. baby clothes here are no less than $3 , toys and shoes & maybe even some furnitures , i say are good deals but clothes dont bother. Too expensive for the way they recieved them. read more

This location is pretty new and always clean and organized. The service is pretty average nothing really spectacular and same can be said for the prices. The selections vary with season and department. Seems to be the main focus is on clothes but not too sure since I haven't looked through that section thoroughly. read more

As I sat outside the donation office in the pouring rain with the flu 5 days before Christmas really wanting to make sure donations that would make someone's Christmas got to the super store, the woman in the donation office refused to come out to get my bag. So sad and so frustrating that I had a bag with thousands of dollars worth of clothes, many with tags still on them, and I was refused help. read more
