I buy most of my clothes from.Goodwill Baytown. They took the dressing rooms.out permanently. I'm not going to buy clothes without trying them on and I'm not going to tie up my money using their return policy (which is just 7 days, I often can't make it back by then). I'm super disappointed. From the moment I walk in the door, the employees also greet me with a smile and hello. Whom ever is working gives information on what kind of specials and if I need any help, just to let them know. When I am done shopping and ready to check out. The cashier makes sure I found everything. When she is checking me out she makes sure she charges correctly. I haven't met one employee that wasn't helpful, respectful and glad to take care of their customers. Every time I have been at Goodwill in Dandridge, I notice they treat everyone this way. read more

Way too pricey for used goods! A pair of used shoes for $25 is unreal especially when they're donated to them.

I went up to a male worker who seemed to be organizing shirts on a rack. I politely said "excuse me I have a question?" And the look I received was an intense eye roll, a deep breath and he folded his hands in front of his chest as if to say "if you say one more word I'm going to completely lose it". So I just said.."never mind" and I walked away. This completely ruined my experience here because I've never been to this goodwill before. Don't go there. Because apparently asking an employee for help with a simple question is a death sentence. read more

Great variety plenty of categories and plenty of clothes great prices expecally when the sale days!!

This Goodwill is WAY overpriced!! Most of the stuff in this store is comparable to retail prices of new items at stores like Walmart or Target. Today I was shopping for a skillet & had already priced one at Walmart. Goodwill's USED scratched skillet was $5.99 & a NEW one the same size at Walmart is $3.48....almost half the price for NEW!! Goodwill is the biggest racket around, disguising itself as "Non-Profit" & "Charitable" is a bunch of BS! I once tried to donate household items to a Goodwill & some of my stuff was turned away because it was dusty & not clean enough! They had the nerve to ask me if the bag of clothes I brought to donate had been washed....no, I'm gonna donate my dirty laundry, are you kidding me? Of course it was washed!!! I told the guy where he could shove it & took my stuff to The Salvation Army where they gladly took it AND helped me unload it. I'm done with this lousy company! read more

I donated a lot of my heals/shoes and very quality suits that were up to date in style and dry cleaned. the workers threw the hung clothing on a dirty filthy cart dragging the slacks across the pavement. I went to the other store in Jacinto city, I-10 with other items and stuff i gave were sloppily taken in on same type of carts. Many times I see broken glasses sitting on shelves that are a serious danger as well. Unacceptable are the prices. one of my fun shopping stores (Dollar Tree) I forever find that Goodwill doubles the prices of Dollar Tree items all the time. I am very savvy on second hand items, shoes, clothes, nick- nacks, ect. Your people that price items must have a chart to price items and that method is stupid. A serious review needs to be taken and rerated. As a family all 5 of us kids wore Goodwill and garage sale items. I still do so even tho I'm retired and 70.. read more

Best goodwill I have ever been to. Loads of good merchandise. I recommend have to travel a bit to get to it but have family near.

WAY OVERPRICED!!! I was just there looking for some books for my son who is learning to read and the books are more expensive that if I buy them new at the store. Not coming back at all. read more

Maybe they have improved since the last review, but I've come here twice and I think this is a great Goodwill. We were able to find very good quality clothing and books. And with their daily color tag sales you can find clothing for less than $2 a piece. I found that the store was clean and the staff was busy. read more

This store has great bargains for those who take the time to look. And while alot is not spent on looks, it is not filthy. Alot of hard workers. And no I do not know of them personally. read more
