Nice and clean with a very friendly staff. The donation line while long went very smoothly and quickly. Inside the store the items though used most were in good condition and prices were reasonable. Not trying to sell used goods for new prices like some thrift stores. And there were the occasional brand new items also well priced! read more

They don't provide change rooms anymore citing "safety concerns" ... I guess because so much violent crime takes place in the change rooms at Goodwill ... then they post signs that specifically state "REFUND" if your item is returned within 7 days ... THEN upon attempting to return the item that doesn't fit they will only offer you a CREDIT rather than a REFUND! Do they not know the difference between REFUND and CREDIT!!?? My suggestion, don't buy clothing from Goodwill; apparently it's not a safe place and they don't know the difference between "Refund" and "Credit"!!! read more

We came here to buy a suit case. This place has a lot of things. I noticed some prices are a little high. They had a lot of books and winter coats. They had Halloween decorations but some were a little pricey. Overall we had an okay experience. read more

I found some good stuff here. Ended up getting 2 shirts, 1 pair of shorts, and 2 sweaters for $17.95, good pricing and selection! I'm giving 4 stars because the customer service at checkout wasn't good. Working in customer service sucks tho so maybe he was just having a bad day. read more

There are some great finds at this store but you have to put up with an old lady at the fitting room who is extremely rude. Her name starts with a G. I really hope the manager speaks with her because it reflects poorly on the store as a whole. I try to ignore her but she really shouldn't work around people at all. Ughh. read more

Last night, my boyfriend and I went in found some really good deals. Then, we waited for the cashier and her fellow employee to finish their personal conversation so we could pay and get out in a timely manner. The cashier's system ended up going down for the debit/credit payment option again after which she informed us that it had done it just two minutes prior, but her colleague left her to fend for herself. We offered to pay cash, but she didn't have the change and REFUSED to hold the few items (literally 4) we were getting for at the most 5 mins, so we could have gotten change from Wendy's across the street. She made no attempt to bring another co-worker to assist her either or open another register. FYI: there were at least 2-3 people behind us that needed to check I may love the finds and occasional good deal, but this customer service was appalling and wouldn't recommend this Goodwill until there is better training with problem solving and teamwork amongst these employees. Along with providing these employees with having a manager/assistant manager or whoever is cleared to help provide proper till for their registers so this doesn't happen again in the future. read more

Cleaner and better stocked than the goodwill in nearby bozeman. We just didn't find much that we personally wanted. I found a few cute dresses and a work jacket. Shoes and purses were worn out and overpriced. All the jewelry is the costume variety and retail, not resale. read more

I love this goodwill as it is pretty organized, and I always find some great stuff! The staff is mainly very sweet and welcoming however there is a lady that works near the dressing rooms that walked up behind me as I was looking at the rejects from other customers on the "put back rack"and physically grabbed my hands and pushed them away from the "put back rack" because I was "in the way of her doing her job". I understand this frustration as I work in retail as well, but she didn't need to put her hands on me. I apologized and let her carry on with her job. I waited probably 15-20 minutes respectfully for her to put them out on the racks i "was allowed to shop off" She just glared at me the entire time I was standing there waiting so I finally just asked politely if i could grab a pair of jeans off the rack, because I had been waiting. she looked at me straight in the eyes and said "of course not, leave." I understand it is a stressful job, but In reality i probably would have bought those jeans and made her job "easier" by not having to put them away... read more

I was thrilled when it opened, then- all the good discounts and sale days were removed. The clothing is NEVER discounted or marked down now, and prices INCREASED by 25%-35%. That's a really a bad business plan. I wouldn't buy any clothing there, no matter how nice it was or how bad I needed it. read more

They just sell things that were different people and they race the price even though it wasn't that high I never fix the bikes except for the one that I have there that I gave to my friend and she cherished it until she moved away so she had to well sell it to Goodwill which I bet it's already gone so don't try getting it by the way it's in Belgrade at least I hope it's in Belgrade Montana if there is any more Goodwills that I don't know of that ain't in Belgrade Montana please let me know read more

Donators beware. We've never been treated as badly as we were today when trying to leave donations. The worker initially made a snarky comment because we weren't wearing a mask outside about blaming the public school system on our inability to read the sign. Then he began throwing our stuff around items that were to be donated got broken. A "manager" came out and basically justified his behavior and told us we can just choose to not donate there again. We were nice and polite the whole time, just trying to say this kind of treatment is not okay. Never again will we step foot in this business. read more

love the store but not treated well by the cashier or other customers. the cashier began telling me i should have had "all lives matter" written on my car because i had "black lives matter" written on my car instead when i did not ask for her opinion and after being insulted by another customer telling me she hated my car. i understand everyone has their own opinion and i respect that i made that very clear to the cashier. the cashier then proceeded to tell me twice that i looked sweaty which i found very rude. i don't think i will be returning to this store. read more
