Our family likes to shop here at TJ Maxx as you will find the same brands outside but for a lower price and who doesn't want to get a deal? Like many TJ Maxxes, everything is laid out by type of item. They have household goods, beauty, jewelry and accessories, men's and women's clothing as well as childrens, pet items, etc. They basically have everything but will they have exactly what you want, probably not. Will it be this season's stuff? Maybe or maybe not. This time round, my niece found some shoes she liked and it was cheaper than the ones we found at a different store. So we ended up returning the other ones. But if you have time to shop and look for stuff you've been thinking about buying, you may find a great deal! But check out can take a bit of time. When I go to TJ Maxx I am always excited to look for new things. I love going down each aisle. Lately I don't think they haven't gotten anything new. It is very crowded and hard to get by in aisles. If you want a specific item, you have to dig through the racks. Especially the clothing. Also they need more staff as well. read more

I visit this tjmaxx location for the 1st time 344 N.Main st Fork river, store was neat and easy to get to everything. One employee caught my eye Anna C in the jewelry, she was extremely friendly helpful and patient with the customers she was helping. I observed Anna while she was with a prior customer, she made sure she acknowledged me, and informed me she be with me once she was done. Anna C should be a praised , for her loyalty to her customers. Tjmaxx continue to hire more employees like Anna C. I will be back to that location soon. read more

First I want to say, do not apply to work in this store! They are ALWAYS hiring, they have a HUGE turnover rate and I will tell you why. First the managers are ALL bully's. They micromanage everyone, gossip about the employees with the other employees, play favorites all of the time, they also pick and choose "rules" they will write you up for something, and another employee will do the exact same thing and nothing will happen to them.the employees that are hard working, show up on time, don't cause any problems are the ones they target, which makes zero sense! If you just complain a lot, goof off, cause drama, you will likely get promoted. If you are from California, they will make you a manager on the spot, as the two biggest bully managers are from California! The store manager is the worst! She manages by intimidation, she talks behind your back to other employees, making them think you are doing a horrible job, causing so much hate and discontent. Her right hand crony does the same thing, I'm sure they feed off each other. Then when people finally figure it out and leave they wonder why they have such a high turnover rate! I spent three years there, NEVER offered a promotion or a chance to excel. They would rather bring in someone from out of state, with NO experience, than promote within. Very good place to poop. Bathroom was clean and smelt nice. Fully stocked with toilet paper. I would've given this place a 5 star review...HOWEVER. The bathroom had motion sensing lights. So any lengthy time spent pooping, will result in having to go "dark mode". Other than that, would poop here again. read more

I can't think of anything negative to say about this store. The people working here are always so nice, the fitting rooms are always clean, the bathrooms are surprisingly clean, they have really good stuff all the time, they are fast at the checkout. & I spend way too much time here when I shop. The people working here are so nice and the deals are great. It's usually very busy but the checkers work hard to get you all rung up ASAP.

My wife loves this place for good buys. I generally don't have the patience to dig through looking for buys. I do like their pet dept for stuffed toy buys. Overall the store in fine. read more

As a former employee of this buisness I have never been treated so poorly by a manager. During my time working there I was gossiped, talked, and lied about behind my back. The manager would talk to other associates and ask them personal questions about my life. While shopping there recently I witnessed the manager make a girl cry for helping us and being kind to us. As she made me cry multiple times and now her current employees,I think this is unacceptable. No buisness should have a gossipy, rude, inconsiderate manager running their store and making young girls cry. read more

I loved this TJ Maxx. This location was bigger than the one I am used to going into and they had so many amazing things. A ton of journals as well as unique mugs that were all really affordable. It seemed like they had more of an option than some other locations. Even their home decor stuff I was tempted to buy at this location because I liked some of their options so much and knew that the location in my town didn't have the same options. Next time I'm in Bozeman I will be frequenting this location again. read more

Decent size store. Very organized and neat racks. It was very clean, didn't have stuff thrown around the store. They had a lot of marked down items. The shoe section was very small for me, in fact they did not have any men shoes at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure that you were finding everything ok. read more

Purchased a table here today that was broken when I returned it they informed me that they could not give me my money back because I didn't inform them when I purchased it that it was broken and they could have discounted it. I wouldn't have purchased it if I had seen it was broken. Make sure that you check and item very carefully this break did not show up until I set and item on it. I was just in the store shopping for bathroom and house decor for our new home. I really enjoy shopping here but over the past few months the costumer service has really declined. Today Checking out I had the most unpleasant experience. One item was not marked and the manager I believe her name to be ember (it was hard to read her name badge) told me what the price could possibly be and I told her I didn't want it. She put the item aside and started checking me out. I was purchasing several delicate items one being a small glass container for my sugar. She kept dropping and fumbling my the sugar container. I then asked her please don't drop my items before I buy them. Which was a mistake because she started to give me attitude and tossing my things around even more. I figured if I brought it up again It would be even more unpleasant. I just stood there feeling uncomfortable and awkward. She didn't hand me my recipe or make eye contact with me the entire time. I don't know if I can come back here after spend 200$ not counting what I have spent in the past, if I will be treated like this. I might as well take my money where I can be treated politely and handle my things with care when checking out. read more
