It seemed the service agent couldn't care less about selling me a set of tires. When she told me they did not have my desired models on hand or available in their warehouses she did not even offer alternatives. I had to ask a series of questions to even get her to respond. We finally agreed on a set and I made an appointment to have them installed. I had a very uncomfortable feeling when I left the dealership...the tires seemed quite expensive and the customer service was severely lacking. I searched other dealers the next day and found the tires I wanted (much less cost wise) and canceled my order with Les Schwab. Very disappointed in what had once been my 'go to' stores for tire services.

After calling around several places with estimates of waiting a week to 3 months; the guys at Foster's Master Touch were able to re-arrange their schedule to fit me in the next morning. The car was drivable so I delivered it and they kindly gave me a ride back to my hotel and picked me up the following day when the car repair was completed. The repair estimate came in at $320; however they did not have to replace a part so the final bill was $260! As a single female traveling through, not knowing much about car repairs; I was so thankful for the honesty, fairness and how they went above and beyond by getting the car in right away and giving me rides to and from my hotel. Throughout the entire process they treated me fairly. I highly recommend this shop!

On the report they claimed my whole brake system was severely rusted, dust shields were leaving very large holes, brake fluid was green and that my master cylinder was failing. Quoted me almost 3000 dollars to replace everything. Told me to not leave for the roadtrip until work was done as it was a severe safety hazard. Obviously, I was worried and stressed, that's a lot of money and I needed to get home. When I came in to pick up my car 3 men were at the front desk. All told me that it was incredibly unsafe and my brakes could go out if I tried to get it home AFTER I had said that I don't have the money to fix it quite yet and I would call back when I'm ready to get the work done. It felt a little like manipulation and trying to scare me into getting the work done. I should also mention I am a woman, and a young college student. I went to get a second opinion, took it to another local mechanic, he told me the calipers looked fine, brake fluid was a little dirty but nowhere near green in color, and my master cylinder was not failing. I can't help but feel a little taken advantage of as a young woman bringing in my car alone to get looked at. I'm very disappointed as the reviews for this place were positive and I was instead given a dishonest report and felt as if I was trying to be scared into getting this work done. A big part of running a business is honesty and integrity. So if you're a woman, young, and looking to get your car fixed don't come here.
