    Inside store

Great first time visit on a Sunday afternoon. The store was kind of busy but I had no issues parking. The inside of the store was pretty organized. I found the inventory to be slightly limited. I did find some nice pieces and some cute booties. I got three items for $18 plus tax. One of my clothing items was 50% off so that was unexpectedly awesome! The lady that assisted me at checkout was quite nice & helpful. I enjoyed my first ever visit to this GM location!

This is a very organized Goodwill store. As you walk into the store, the shoes are organized in the Boutique section. The clothes are organized in sections. I was able to find name brand jeans to wear to a Diamond and Jeans party. The store has public restrooms and fitting rooms. Check it out for yourself

    Lunch & learn

I've always been told that Goodwill was an "expensive" secondhand store, that's why I never shopped here until this past week. I attended a lunch & learn here then decided to take a look around since I learned a lot of good thrifting tips. This store doesn't look too big on the outside, but once I came inside it was huge! As part of the lunch and learn, I got to look at the warehouse portion of the store too. It was huge! There were so many items back there! When I got to the store portion, I tried on some Athleta leggings and lots of cute dresses. I ended up buying two dresses for only $6.99 each! I love both of them! Most of their items are at a set price for all items no matter what brand the item was. Like $6.99 for all dresses. Some high end items might have been priced higher though, but not by more than a few dollars! Seeing all the donations really made me want to declutter all the stuff I rarely use at home and let other people find their treasure

Compared to the Goodwills in Athens & Madison, this one is great. I found a good bit of stuff & could've left with even more.

Good hidden gems! Found a few name-brand items. And there were a lot of sale items still with the colored tag sale.

I use to not care much for Goodwill, but I went the other day and it's much more clean and organized then it has ever been before.

We primarily focus on the most vulnerable—families with children, individuals with disabilities, and people experiencing homelessness—but we also have a heart for the most average person who is in need. 100% of people's donations go to caring for others. Our Director pays for all operating and administrative expenses for this organization to ensure that every dollar of others' generosity makes its way to those who truly need help. Charity Fund is a registered public charity based in Birmingham, Alabama. While we serve our local community, we have also helped individuals far beyond our immediate reach. We aim to make the most impactful and efficient use of our resources by doing many small things (like $10 impromptu meal cards for short-notice giving), moderate efforts (such as distributing dozens of meals in areas where homelessness is high), and occasionally larger efforts (assisting families with their living expenses or vehicle repairs) especially for those experiencing discrimination, oppression, or hate. If you know someone who is known for being generous and kind to others and is currently in need of a hand up, please let us know. We prefer to first consider those whom someone already has compassion for. It could be a friend or family member, someone you see on your way to work each morning, or someone you don't personally know but have heard about.
