When we got there, our instructor had us fill out a form and ask what kind of dances we liked. Based on what we told her, she had us do the Waltz and East Coast Swing today. The lesson was 30 minutes and we learned the basic step and a turn for each style. It was super fun! I think I'm ready for Dancing with the Stars now. Lol! I'm nowhere near that good, but I can't wait for our next lesson on next week.

I wanted to get alterations for a gown I bought online. I only needed the dress hemmed a few inches because it fit perfectly everywhere else. I was in David's Bridal and I asked about alterations. I was not feeling their price or turn around time. A few doors down from David's Bridal, I noticed a new place had opened. I searched for them on Yelp and I found 2 reviews. The two reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. I figured they had to at least be decent if they were a few doors down from David's Bridal. I called them and asked if I could come by and they said of course! When I got there, I was immediately greeted. The ladies were so friendly and I could tell they knew what they were doing. They even gave me suggestions on where to get some shoes because they ones I intended to wear with the dress were glittery, which was sticking to my dress. I dropped my dress off a Friday and it was ready by Wednesday. Not only do they do great work...they do it quickly! I will definitely be using them again!

The studio is much larger with bigger classes. The monthly fee depends on how many days a week you want your child to attend. The instructors are very skilled and stern. Even though classes are large, the instructors have complete control and holds the attention of each student. They are strict on adherence to rules and obedience. Classes help build good character, self defense, and self control/focus. Parents aren't allowed to intervene in teachings, but during the last 5 minutes of class; parents practice techniques with their student. Classes are always on time, and rarely goes over.
