Lower prices stuff is higher here than in the store new!! Everything is way overpriced, stuff from the dollar tree is three dollars here.

Great selection of new and used items. Well laid out so it's easy to see all that is available.

Please note that the location has moved, and it is now on the corner of Imperial/Livingston and Bonita Beach Road in Bonita Springs. I have been to Goodwills all over the country, and this is actually the only one that I like. My husband and I find so many great quality clothes and shoes here, many of them designer items in great shape. There are daily discounts, and most importantly, the workers are incredibly hard-working, keeping the store in great shape. They are especially sweet, and as a result of the quality products and wonderful customer service, this is the only Goodwill that I enjoy going to. read more

Hit or miss. But when you score a hit, it's usually big. Goodwill has re-organized this location since my last visit. Things are a lot more neatly organized and the overall aura of the shopping experience has been improved. Books are now well organized. Clothing and accessories have been grouped together making items easier to find. Shelves are labeled for kitchen items, hardware, etc. Much easier to navigate now. Deals: Brighton leather belt for $2.99 (looked like it had never been worn); multiple hard-cover classic children's books for 99 cents. Didn't need any furniture, but I spied a huge club-style chair in excellent condition for $12.99. Wow. Check out is quick, parking is abundant. Hit or miss but always for a good cause. Large store, clean, big aisles. I just missed a whole set of Legos.... timing is everything. Inventory varies, depending of course on donations. From gold clubs to Furniture, mostly clothing organized in colors. Lines were long to check out. But it is season here. Nice semi covered outdoor sitting area in front. Plenty of parking, in a strip mall just off of highway 41. Behind McDonalds. read more

They advertise Goodwill as a place to donate books but they certainly don't at the moment. I just tried to take a box of books there and they refused. read more

I usually go in here to look for unusual things. Hit or miss whether you find anything. A lot of times their prices are higher than new items. I personally think $8.99 for a man's used polo shirt is ridiculous. They should keep their prices reasonable or they will price themselves out of business. I no longer donate to Goodwill. read more

Thrift shop shopping is a contact sport in this area. Regardless of social status the shops get hit hard. Thanks to so many who donate what they can't use rather than dumpster it. This store has a very good staff that tries their hardest to keep up with the masses of pickers. The selection changes daily if not hourly. Worth a stop by for treasures you didn't know you needed. As I said, the staff tries hard. Cut them some slack. read more

Hit or miss Goodwill. I've come here primarily to pick up books to read on the beach while down in SW Florida for vacation visiting family. Most books are $1 or $2, with a decent mix although no real clear organization. As other reviewers have mentioned, there are a large amount of new goods for sale at prices that to not seem to represent a "bargain" Men's clothing section is well organized by size, which is a plus. However, the quality of clothing skews towards down market and there really aren't many bargains to be had. Large homegood section and furniture section, which is a plus. Not too many mirrors but I believe there are dressing rooms. Line is usually pretty long at the Cashier. There are periodic discounts where certain tags are lower price on certain days. They do not honor reward cards for out-of-state Goodwills. read more

Goodwill continues to serve the community by providing employment for those who are challenged elsewhere. It's easy to donate at this facility because it is operated as a drive-through at the back of the retail store. Inside, the retail store is arranged by color for clothes rather than by size which makes for a much more attractive presentation. Staff makes good use of the floor space and provides wide aisles. A visit in household goods can payoff, for purchase price, for charity supporting Goodwill's mission, and for your own feel good moment. eg, I found a small, colorful ceramic container for a potted plant that will go to someone who loves flowers but has to be housebound for a while. read more

This was the most unusual Goodwill Store I have ever visited. It had tons if brand new items for sale in there are at least equal to if not more than expensive than the same things at Big Lots. Check out my photos showing prices and you'll see what I mean. However, if you not interested in the expensive new stuff, the used stuff prices were reasonable. read more

The store looked great on the outside. It appears to be in a new shopping plaza. When entering the store be prepared to hold your nose. It has a special kind of thrift store smell. The store has a open layout. There was a wide selection items. It was really hard to get past the smell though. read more

Racist cashiers is all I'm going to say , that take advantage of non-English speaking customers; charge the wrong price , don't wrap the glass items and then accuse you of shoplifting when you tell them they marked the wrong price. read more

Overpriced. I have never read or heard of any of the funds raised being spent in our community. I also do not see challenged people working there. Either they don't have community connections or they have poor PR. read more

Not only was everything a lot more expensive the the Goodwills I've seen on the east coast of FL and aside from the smell I only found a couple books and a purse. The purse was an old straw purse that had a couple of missing beads but it was cute and cheap so I figured I'd do some cosmetic work on it with my sewing kit when I got back home. I paid, swiped my card and as I walked out of the door as I noticed I was charged 4X more than I thought the purse was. I also noticed that there was a second, more expensive tag. Being as the purse was old and needed work I spoke with a manager named Evelyn. Before I could even explain what happened she said, "We don't do refunds period. If you're unhappy with your purchase I suggest you find something else you'd like to exchange it because you will not get your money back otherwise." As though her response was not rude enough, she had this obnoxious smirk on her face. The cashier who checked me out overheard the conversation and walked over to see what was going on so I explained to her what had happened and as I turned around Evelyn was there, again with her obnoxious smirk and said, "you can talk to whomever you like but I'M the manager and like I said you will not be getting a refund." The whole experience made me wonder why in the world that a simple purse would make a manager act in such a confrontational and unprofessional manner. Funny thing is I usually love spending my weekends on the west coast as people are generally much more accommodating and friendly. I'll just skip on goodwill from now on and buy my books from Barns and Noble. I will also be sending my donations to local churches from now on. read more

The address is not correct on the listing, ste 213, but the store is in the strip mall just next door. It's a nice store, and we shoppers do appreciate that they've tried to arrange things by size. Lots to look at, allow plenty of time. The book selection is nice. It's a big, well stocked store. read more
