A little kindness and appreciation toward people donating their time and items would go a long way. I understand the concern about exhaust, but the way it was addressed felt unnecessarily abrupt. They occasionally have designer bags, but they sell quickly and don't post them anywhere online. The last designer bag I saw here was a tan Prada crossbody tote that was quite worn for $300. Most of their Lululemon clothes are priced between $12-$30. They put new items out on the floor at random times throughout the day (no set schedule). There is no sales tax on items purchased, and they have a $10 minimum for credit card purchases. The service here is standard, not overly friendly or rude.
