It is so junky and dirty in this store. It has not changed in 10 years. Just poorly cared for.

Janice charged me two dollars over what the sign said. Told her I didn't want it anymore and left.

Visited this thrift store for their big annual discount sale. The back half of the store (old…read morewarehouse) reeks of cigarette smoke. It was impossible to determine if the smell was coming from something inside the large room (i.e., furniture, rugs, items, etc.) or if that was just the way it always smelled. They keep the children's toys and items in this part of the store, among many other things. I've had severe asthma my whole life, so even just being in that room was enough to make me start coughing. They have so much of their own decor that it can be confusing when trying to figure out what is actually for sale and what belongs to the store. Additionally, the store does not individually price a large amount of items (which are clearly for sale!) which is very frustrating (some areas have signs w/prices, others do not). Items that have been priced, vary greatly. For example, a very cheap purse might be listed at $20+ while a name brand purse is listed at $8. They have a section of designer/name brand items that is also marked up significantly. It would make sense if their prices were a fraction of what the item cost brand-new, but they're out here charging $35+ for very used leggings! And they weren't even Lululemon! The cashier was disengaged and barely acknowledged shoppers, despite the long line. It takes .10 seconds to make eye contact and greet a person. There are so many better, more reasonably priced stores in the area, so this is a no for me.

I called the store back within a hour of the purchase to see what we could do. The store wouldn't even give store credit and take it back to let some else buy it that it would work for. Tough to lose a brand new customer over $6 even with the return of the item still pristine. I'm sure I would have spent more money in the return as my wife wanted to go back to purchase a curtain rod and curtain for our guest room.

I needed it done ASAP because I was going to be house sitting my sons two females that were getting ready to go into heat. The Dr there told me to bring him in and he would take care of him for me. And he did! I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. I read the review from a woman that left a bad review. I almost did not go because of that. So glad I ignored it and saw it for what it was, She was one of those that feels the world revolves around them and because someone didn't jump to her aid when she came into the building, she got upset. I, myself am glad she wont be back! I would hate to be her pet! I love this place! I will be bringing my other babies here and I will do whatever I can to support it so they can continue doing the wonderful work they do. Thank you Pets inc.!

No one can really tell me what happened, no one explained the risks etc. of the surgery. They made it seem like it was an easy one (to their defense maybe it was). They called us at 130pm, Im thinking she's ready and early and in fact she was already dead... they irritated me and their reason was "well we were behind in surgeries for the day" which made me question did they rush Silver, did they response late to her etc. There are so many questions I want to ask, safe to say I'll never get another pet because this was defeating and mentally draining. I blame myself for even bringing her, I just wish somebody at the front desk would have explained the risk of this, had they said she can possibly die from this surgery I would of never took her...and reading the comments I also see that other people has lost a part of their family as well. Now I will say the staff there all have been geniune as far as sending their regards, it just a horrible experience.

Older cats and dogs may not have these issues, but I adopted, two months ago, two littermates who had very soft stools when I took them home. I did mention it to "someone" who was at the desk the following week, but was told it's not that abnormal in kittens. They had also sent me home with some fairly decent dry food for the kittens, and two cans of some random grocery store pate. As the softness continued, I researched and learned the wet food was for adult cats, and my kittens were 2.5 months at that time. So switched to kitten food. Softness continued. Some days it was more like diarrhea. I discontinued all wet food and added some rice to their kitty kibble. Nope, no change. I was using a bag of Breeze litter every four days. $20 a bag. My cat Sophie uses one bag a month. Then I had them neutered, no concern in the spay neuter clinic about their chronic diarrhea. Now they're a little over three months and I hope everything will clear up when the anesthesia and pain meds gets out of their system. No, that didn't happen. I observed little accidents as poop ran out of them as they ran fir the litter box. By now poop was the consistency of a cream soup. I made an appointment for both kittens at my cat clinic and took in a stool sample. It took 6 days to get results back from the lab. They both have: 1. hookworms 2. a protozoal parasite called Cryptosporidium. This is a parasite that infects the small intestine and causes diarrhea. It is notoriously difficult to get rid of, but most patients with Crypto "learn" to live with it as their immune systems bring the parasite down to small numbers that don't cause disease; 3. Clostridium perfringens toxin. This is a secondary pathogen that capitalizes on the Crypto weakened gut to make the diarrhea worse; 4. coronavirus. In the past week I've spent over $800 on office visits, lab work, prescription medicines and prescription diet $80 for a 7 pound bag, that they will need indefinitely, up to age one year. All because PAWMETTO LIFELIFE doesn't medically vet the kittens before they put them out for adoption. REALLY?? Never again. Healy and Rooster were 6th and 7th I've adopted, but never, ever adopted kittens in such poor health. I'd have been better off going to a breeder. At least those kittens get seen by gets before they're adopted out.
