    Recently I had to make the decision to re- home my dog and was instructed to take him to Pawmetto Lifeline. Choosing to re-home is a very stressful and heartbreaking decision and Pawmetto Lifeline didn't make it any better! I was grilled, talked down to and treated in such a disrespectful manner that I walked out. One employee rudely told me that adopting a pet is a lifetime commitment. Another one actually called me after I left and told me I would owe them 1,000. I have made every effort to ensure my dog is safe, fed and all shots and vaccines are up to date! He's not being mistreated but my work life has changed and I'm currently not able to give him the attention he needs. I was also told he's overweight and the Woman had such a look of disdain and judgemental look on her face that was completely uncalled for. I will never use their services again! Be warned

    Affordable vaccines, reasonable life saving care, with an appointment. I highly recommend the careavan vaccine services for multi pet households.

    This is the lady who stated she was helping me the best way she could only to take my dog & lace him with dog drugs

    if I could do -0 stars I would, this company do not care about pets or their pet owners... I took my do to get a medical evaluation even paid $300.00 & they refused to give me back my dog... I will be taking this to court to get justice

They also had all of the essential foods, crates, leashes, toys, etc., and a great snack bar where I got an awesome treat for my dog. They also had some older cats that were up for adoption, as well as some geckos, fish, and mice. She had the audacity to say I will put in his record that you want him trimmed- No, that's what you should have asked me clarification on when I brought him!!!Even my doggy seems sad about his butchered cut.     Worst customer service yesterday! I entered the store while two women were working in the front of…read morethe store. They did not acknowledge me. I proceeded to inquire about whether there were additional mums in the store, as the ones out front were half dead. I had to approach one of the ladies, as neither one of them acknowledged me upon my initial asking. I assumed they did not hear me at first, but after she started answering me upon my second inquiry, she continued to not give me eye contact. Ok, I still had not understood this behavior to be an expression of rudeness until checking out. The second lady came to wait on me without greeting or eye contact. She was also assisting a gentleman as he was leaving. The ladies actually said goodbye to him, but I had to tell them thank you prior to my leaving the store, and they still refused to give me eye contact, and said absolutely nothing to me as I walked out of the door. I then realized they were deliberately being rude to me. I have never seen these women before, as I don't shop in tractor supply often. I have shopped there in the past, but never have I been treated so rudely. While I am not 100% certain about the cause of their behavior, I am left feeling as though I was being racially discriminated against. I have experienced discrimination before, and this felt no different. These ladies need some additional training on how to be empathetic towards other races of people who may be a little darker than they are. There is absolutely no excuse for carrying out poor customer service to anyone, especially because you think less of their color of skin. While I found them a bit humorous, their behavior was still unacceptable. Everyone in the world should know how these women acted. If it wasn't for the kind gentleman in front of the store raising money for disadvantaged animals, I probably would have been angry upon walking into such rude individuals. Maybe they can learn some kindness from the dog and cat that greeted me at the door. Better yet, Tractor Supply may want to hire the dog and cat instead, as they acted more humanely than the supposed humans. Who were the animals, really? UPDATE: Tractor Supply corporate did reach out to me to inquire about my experience, and to apologize for the bad experience. I really appreciate this. I am a carefree, happy-go-lucky person who expect others to treat me as kindly as I treat them. When people are rude for no reason, it can be very discouraging. While I should not expect the best behavior out of others, I was raised to always be the best person I can be, to all people and to all living things. It is good to know Tractor Supply's management does not support bad customer service. I hope these ladies can learn to love everything about their job, primarily all customers whose shopping makes their job possible. I changed my star rating from 0 stars to three stars as I do not desire to discourage anyone from shopping at Tractor Supply. I shop where I want, when I want; and everyone should do the same. But good customer service goes a long way; and being nice to others is not only for the sake of the person you are being nice to, but it will also help to keep you genuinely happy and healthy.

    I'm a first-time pet owner and one of my coworkers actually say this ad and sent it to me to get my…read moresilver girl (cat) spayed, atp I just been avoiding it, but I wanted my Silver girl to stop being in heat, so I booked the appointment and came and dropped my baby off at 830am and by 1030am she was pronounced dead. No one can really tell me what happened, no one explained the risks etc. of the surgery. They made it seem like it was an easy one (to their defense maybe it was). They called us at 130pm, Im thinking she's ready and early and in fact she was already dead... they irritated me and their reason was "well we were behind in surgeries for the day" which made me question did they rush Silver, did they response late to her etc. There are so many questions I want to ask, safe to say I'll never get another pet because this was defeating and mentally draining. I blame myself for even bringing her, I just wish somebody at the front desk would have explained the risk of this, had they said she can possibly die from this surgery I would of never took her...and reading the comments I also see that other people has lost a part of their family as well. Now I will say the staff there all have been geniune as far as sending their regards, it just a horrible experience.
