I asked a volunteer (a short blonde woman) where the men's restroom was. When I didn't understand her vague instructions the first time, she repeated the same thing in a loud, sharp, irritated voice. In the past I have also witnessed volunteers gossiping about customers, saying unkind personal things, in whispered voices they didn't think people could hear. I appreciate the hard work most of them do and the FRIENDLY ones. I just think some of these "church ladies" need to adjust their attitudes a bit. We probably won't visit here again anytime soon. Maybe it would help them to realize that many of their customers visit for PLEASURE and not out of necessity. Today's visit definitely "killed the vibe" for us.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a great book and jewelry collection! I noticed a great deal of golf and children clothing items as well. Many clothing items had new tags on them.
