I only gave 4 stars because there were a couple of questions he could not answer at the time that I thought may have been helpful to know. There is another older gentlemen on site that knew everything about the dock systems (went back for another 8 ft section the next day), and he was super helpful. Any way, the dock system was the best priced around by at least $2,000 and it is high quality and very easy to put together. I would go buy another dock system here if I needed one. Next message I get was it is sold to one of their family members. They also blocked me from their business site if that tells you anything. The cemetery is still actively in use and the famous founder of Saint Nazians, Father Oschwald's crypt is located here. There are several abandoned historical buildings, including a church. There are people who live on site. It's quite a fascinating location. There is also a thrift store that is open a few days a week. I absolutely loved it. It's supposed to be beautiful in the summer. The old historic St. Ambrose Church, which is abandoned and closed now, sits on the property as well.
