All of the clothes seem to be clean and of good quality. I've also noticed they have often carry a lot of gently used name brand clothing as well. In my opinion some things are priced too high, but most of the clothes are priced fairly. It is like your average thrift store so it's common to see things out of place and a bit scattered (but isn't that the thrill of thrifting and discovery ) My biggest issue with this place (And all related businesses in general) is I can't stand a business that doesn't offer their customers the convenience of a public restroom, this is especially inconvenient to parents and families shopping together with their little ones. Not cool. Customers are paying for your products and services, the least you can do is accommodate them by providing a bathroom...Another issue that absolutely irks me, along with not providing a public restroom, they also don't offer a fitting room. While we rarely go to HomeGoods, we do go far more often to their sister stores, such as TJ Max & Marshals. When is the best time to go? It is best to go for the after Xmas sales, when someone can score on holiday snacks at 50% or more off. We grab a ton of chocolates, nuts, candies, and even holiday coffee just the other day a few days after Xmas. We were not alone, and it is hard not to spend alot of time browsing and not interact with others here. I somehow got into a conversation about the health benefits or risks of some of the foods that were offered there. Someone was asking me about the alleged health implications of Seed Oils, Mushrooms, and more all the while telling me that they would never" get a vaccine. They also claimed that online that some are recommending Nicotine patches to fight infections & COVID itself. I tried to put things into perpective & had already researched the absurd claims on social media about the Nicotine. The Nicotine patch idea had nothing to do with evading an infection, it had to do with some rather hair-brained theory involving a neurotransmitter & brain fog. The so-called "study" was not really a study as it involved only 4 people in Germany. It was done by what appeared to be a non-English speaking Anesthesiologist in Germany...who somehow published an extended long paper in English. I read it and my opinion was that it was near worthless and could encourage people to do something that did more harm than good...and was utterly useless to prevent infection. Other absurdities including buying products from Poland, Turkey, and wherever and somehow working about some fringe ideas about seed oils, and not that Cinnamon & other spices could very well have toxic lead added to them due to simple greed. Lead makes it way into our kids applesauce and other products...yet people somehow worry about seed oils. The MAHA movement, now mainstream, even invades HomeGoods!

I've been a customer for about 4 years now and I can tell my wardrobe is more cohesive and I love playing dress up in my own closet. I receive their text updates which are great ways to learn about promotions and shopping events. The amazing staff will always offer assistance and to transfer items from another location if they have it in the company inventory. They purposefully ask for your name, offer to help shop, and even provide styling support. Last weekend I went to their warehouse sale and had a blast! Karen was incredibly helpful with enhancing my work wardrobe while giving honest feedback on fit. Amber (owner) was so sweet and approachable while clearly getting her hands dirty doing inventory - which I deeply admire. Huge fan of wildflower and can recommend ANY location to any women. Feel good vibes and beautiful clothes from a local female-run brand. Win win win!
