He then told me that I have to carry her in the store because the owner will throw me out. I could not believe the lack of compassion and the inconsideration of this employee.

They took my bag of items and told me it would be a 45 minute wait. They text me that they were ready, only to tell me they couldn't take any of my items because they "don't sell those brands". Idk why they can't look at the items right when you bring them in to make sure they can "take those brands" so you don't have your time wasted! Also don't understand how a second hand clothing store can be so picky about brands, especially when I brought in nice brands. I would really think about it before bringing clothes back here.

I tend to donate decent stuff so I went inside, fished them out of the bin and took my stuff elsewhere. The thrift proceeds are to benefit developmentally delayed persons. Good. Fine. All of the clothes seem to be clean and of good quality. I've also noticed they have often carry a lot of gently used name brand clothing as well. It is like your average thrift store so it's common to see things out of place and a bit scattered (but isn't that the thrill of thrifting and discovery ) My biggest issue with this place (And all related businesses in general) is I can't stand a business that doesn't offer their customers the convenience of a public restroom, this is especially inconvenient to parents and families shopping together with their little ones.
