I told him that that was a violation of the ADA act. That is NOT a requirement. I then advised him that it was against the law. He then told me that I have to carry her in the store because the owner will throw me out. I could not believe the lack of compassion and the inconsideration of this employee.

I love donating all our items here because it feels great knowing that I'm helping someone somewhere. I don't know their donation hours off the top of my head, but every time I've come here with a car full of donations there has been someone in the back more than willing to unload it so they must spend a lot of time here! It wasn't until recently that I stopped and actually looked inside. So many treasures! The name is quite fitting. ;) I found a few little learning game items for my kids to use that were a great price! At the counter I was offered even more of a bargain without even asking. The shop was VERY clean and the most organized thrift store that I've ever been in. They take pride in what they do here and I will continue to donate and shop!

Guy back there didn't know what the item was(a couple of nice solid wood scarf hangers) so tossed them. I tend to donate decent stuff so I went inside, fished them out of the bin and took my stuff elsewhere. The thrift proceeds are to benefit developmentally delayed persons. Good. Fine. However,putting such persons in charge of decisions on what to keep and what to toss should not be in their control. Won't go back.

I first discovered this spot when working out of town, and now I always try and drop in when…read morevisiting. They have a nice and spacious layout with clothes, shoes, garments for all ages. All of the clothes seem to be clean and of good quality. I've also noticed they have often carry a lot of gently used name brand clothing as well. In my opinion some things are priced too high, but most of the clothes are priced fairly. It is like your average thrift store so it's common to see things out of place and a bit scattered (but isn't that the thrill of thrifting and discovery ) My biggest issue with this place (And all related businesses in general) is I can't stand a business that doesn't offer their customers the convenience of a public restroom, this is especially inconvenient to parents and families shopping together with their little ones. Not cool. Customers are paying for your products and services, the least you can do is accommodate them by providing a bathroom...Another issue that absolutely irks me, along with not providing a public restroom, they also don't offer a fitting room. The store is usually messy from the week, and there's not much new stock left. Some staff members are also quite rude and unprofessional, which makes shopping uncomfortable.
