Used file drawer $24.99. Sells new for same.

The most over priced used items I've seen in a while and several other customers were complaining about it as well. All purses were marked $12.99 for the rattiest, faux leather trash. Get rid and of trash and price accordingly. We don't want to lose another GW in the area because of lack of business. Manager needs to look at items and over pricing and fix it.

My local favorite Goodwill! Pop in almost everyday but anytime is a Goodtime to thrift! I've found so many Amazing items be it clothing items! Shoes! Nice brands too and so many Nice wall decorations! Lil of everything bring your cell and just Google Image! You'll see what your getting if your not sure! I have thoroughly enjoyed shopping at this thrift store since moving to area in 2017! You just never Know what Treasure you will find! Many times I've found items I was just Thinking about needing! They have stuff that's still in decent condition. Employees are very kind and helpful. They have discounts on certain days that pertain to tags on clothing. The plastic tags string! There's definitely nothing more exciting than walking in and just browsing aisles seen what you find!

Not one of the cleanest Goodwills, but the lady checking out was really nice. Mondays have 75% off green tags, and I found a couple of cute things!

Ripped the handle completely. Was told to use a permanent marker by manager and employees to fix the issue.

This is an avoid store for certain, when one considers all the available options in Houston. We had a photo printed on canvas that we found among about 60.00 of other items. When we picked it up, it had no frame, just the print, and nails still in it from where it had been previously framed apparently prior to donation. It had a price sticker of $5 and some change on it. We had also found another picture that did not have a price on it while shopping and asked about a price and this "manager" at the front said it was $3 and some change. When we got up front to check out, the first picture did not have the sticker on it, it had apparently come off while my spouse was carrying it. When we mentioned it to the guy at the front he immediately became confrontational and said he could not sell them (either picture) because we were trying to get something for less than what it was marked. He stated he "knew" that canvas had not been marked that price and the I was wrong. He called me a liar. I remained calm and asked him three times if I could speak as he was aggressive and quite frankly highly rude. I finally explained to him that I did not care if the picture was $30.00 I wanted it and was willing to pay it, but that I was telling him what it was clearly marked. He again said I was not being truthful despite my spouse having gone back to walk the aisles to see if he could find the sticker that apparently came off. He continued to insinuate that I was telling a lie and trying to "steal" the merchandise at a lower price. I asked for the manager due to his disrespectful attitude toward a much older person and he said he was the manager and he was all I was going to talk to. I said I doubted he was the manager and that I would contact EcoThrift directly. He then changed his story and said that he was just the manager on duty and that it would make not difference because he was in charge. He then told me to leave "his" store as he "felt threatened and triggered by me saying he was not the manager". During this entire encounter, he kept getting in my body space and was speaking to me like I was a child. He has no idea that we spend a great deal in thrift stores weekly on collectibles and I never bargain or ask for a deal or the like. I go about my business. We never would have interacted with him if it were not for the need to clarify a cost for these pictures. I was gracious, kind, and trying to solve the problem until he refused to give me the managers name and told me to leave "his" store. At this time I and my spouse did leave, and I did at this point use profanity as he pissed me off by accusing me of being a liar about a silly price tag. I have never not paid for an item as it was marked and I have never tried to get over on someone. This was outrageous. I know he did not know me, and that he does not know my ethics, morals, and principles, and I know that people do nefarious things, but......he needs significantly more customer service skills training and should not be in any position of leadership until he learns how to speak to people. He literally from the first words spoken was talking over me, talking down to me, and talking to me like I was his child. I am a 60 year old grown man. This was despicable.

Review Regarding Helen Scardino - Event Manager at Cy-Hope…read more As the owner of one of the top-rated venues in the Katy area, I was deeply disappointed by my interaction with Helen Scardino, who represented herself as an event manager for Cy-Hope. After my trained staff followed standard protocol to gather basic event details before quoting a price--details any experienced event manager should know are necessary--I personally called to assist and extend a courtesy discount. Instead of being met with professionalism, I was aggressively spoken to, accused of bad business practices, and told we "shouldn't be in business." This level of hostility, especially when I reached out in good faith as the owner, was completely unacceptable. It's 2025--small businesses should not be vilified for operating professionally and protecting their standards. I urge Cy-Hope's leadership to look into how Helen is interacting with neighboring business owners while using your organization's name. Respect goes both ways, and I sincerely hope this matter is reviewed appropriately. (Anyone in management please feel free to contact me directly @ The Sandbox Event Space, Demarcus Telemaque. I do wish they had hours on Saturday for donations. (Closed on the weekends) I was happy to see the whole ramp was full of donations when I drove up this morning. Guess I'm not the only one cleaning out closets and drawers. I have never been in the resale store before.
