I consign here all the time, and usually it's pretty quick, easy, and friendly. More recently I had a rude encounter with a lady I've seen there before. I greeted her and asked if it would be okay to hang my clothes on the half empty rack by the window. She had a snarky attitude asking if I knew they typically take 20 items a day. Yes, I've consigned plenty of times here. She proceeded to holler that two of my items will NOT sell and that I can just take them off the rack. Her facial expressions and tone could have stayed home if she felt the need to talk to someone like that. First off, I was told to bring them back in the fall because "those items do much better in the fall..."These words were not mine and why the hell would I make that up? Now this lady is contradicting what another person, or possibly herself said the last time I consigned. I wasn't even able to defend myself since she felt the need to be above me with her tone. She had a super ugly and nasty attitude. Get off your high horse and treat people like human beings. Good lord it's just clothes, lady. I witness her getting insanely rude with another client who was consigning. It was really uncomfortable to be around her. I do not recommend consigning or shop here when she's present. She sure does know how to run off customers. read more

Love this place. They are clean & organized & make it easy to find what you're looking for. They are definitely selective about what they will accept, which makes for a nice selection of gently used clothing. There is a rounder when you walk in with some higher end, name-brand goods. They have a room with all of their clearance where you can find items for $2 or 50% off. There is a solo a separate children's section on the left side of the store when you walk in. In addition, they have about 6-7 fitting room stall to try things on before you buy. I made away with some great pieces that are practically brand new! read more

ALWAYS, ALWAYS call before going to take your clothes. I can't tell you how many times I have gone on the 1st or 2nd of the month and they are having a 50% sale and are not taking clothes. Of course I forgot to call first on Nov 3rd and you guess it they were having a sale. My daughter saw a sign as we were leaving that said "we are not taking clothes SO DON'T ASK!" ....just rude. Love this little store. I don't agree with the bad reviews here on yelp. It's a consignment store. A small mom-and-pop store that has amazing items. Make sure to check their website for when they are taking items. Yes sometimes They take a break to manage inventory. They have awesome mega sales as well so check Facebook. They also sell items on Facebook where you can ask it to be held for you and go in at your convenience. Amazing inventory, I love the height and mom clothes. Horrible service. I ordered one item online and it took many weeks to be shipped, only to be shipped to the wrong address after I contacted the store well in advance asking to update the address. To make things worse, I have contacted them numerous times to get a refund, since I do not have access to my old address where the item was shipped, and they have not responded to any of my emails. read more

Would not recommend doing consignment with this store. Or even going to this store. First time doing consignment and it was the worst experience all around. First I was informed 2 weeks that the items would be displayed; items were not displayed for almost 5 weeks. Secondly, Listed wrong details of the items. Worst service I have ever received. Don't ask questions apparently it's uncalled for. No one knows what's going on! Like talking to my teenager with response I don't know. But yet you are suppose to be courteous to them when they are the ones rude and always respond with I don't know but yet run a business. And I was to blame for it all not the business or their employees; because I as a customer that was informed one thing and received a whole different story, and was informed I assumed too much. Difference from assume than a expectation from a business when they informed me the process and did not deliver the outcome at all that's an expectation not an assumption. Was the worst I ever been treated by any company period. I mean I was in tears. They didn't care. Horrible service. Lastly they blocked me from Facebook without even finishing their business. Would never block anyone from a site when the business transaction are not complete. Plus if they were buying items from would not block just would not do consignment with that individual. I can't help it none of there staff does not have answers. Highly recommend a to go person instead of everything on one person just bringing your business down and the staff looks like incompetent individuals incompatible of handling business when not present. read more

Love, love, love this store. Kim the owner is very hands on and her presence is everywhere. The selection of items is great and she only takes items in good condition and in style. This place is a joke. Low quality items but their staff is a joke. They close the store minutes before what that advertise. I'm sitting at their door at 5:56pm and they "close". Minutes before I get that, but clearly they don't want business. Took a consignment in and made an appointment to pick up items that did not sell. Was told on the phone I had made $13 and some change. When I arrivedat the store I was suprised when the store clerk only gave me three items that did not sell. She then asked me to sign a small paper saying I made $12.08. I asked her if that was correct....17 items were sold and I made a little over $12. Some items had tags still on them and many were name brands. The clerk said yes, that I had received 40%, which means each item averaged selling at less than $1.80 a piece. I asked for an itemized list of what was sold and she said she did not know how to do that. She said dhe texted the owner but the owner did not reply. Why am I not suprised. My husband was with me and rolled his eyes and said "lets go its not worrh it" and went back to the car. I stayed for a few more minutes and then had to agree with him. Not sure what to make of this. But, I know I will never again take anything to Retail Therapy as a consignment. read more

This is an amazing resale shop with wonderful brands and amazing prices. The owner Kim is so friendly and helpful. She is so knowledgeable about fashion and trends. Everything is always in great condition. She has a wide selection of sizes and children's clothes as well. Great jewelry and purses. They have a website that you can shop 24/7 and also have live videos showcasing items in their store. I have no need for other resale shops when I have this amazing shop to count on . read more

Super picky about how they will take clothes. They were a bit snooty explaining it to me. I don't think the pricing I saw on their clothes looked right, they wanted $50 for a brand of jeans I'd never heard of before. I'll just make a trip down to Montrose next time I want to sell clothes I don't need. read more

I went this shop on Small Business Saturday. Very cute store for female and children clothes. Smelled nice as well. I know when you to to resale shops the smell can be lil funky cause of all the used clothes. The place is very organized and clean. I was able to find a very cute jacket and they were having a 25% off sale. Very great deal and I will defiantly be going back. read more

Nice little shop. Lots of selection, mostly in the middle on retail brands. Bargains are to be found though! Found a brand new Guess rodeo shirt for $1 on the bargain rack and a Nike workout zip up jacket for $7. Will be back! read more

My favorite consignment shop because of the cleanliness and organization, friendliness, and daily sales. Have been shopping here since Box of Chocolate days and have purchased amazing deals. Very pleased with the large, rotating selection throughout the store. They're very customer-oriented in that they have several different ways they reward you when you shop, and this layering of sales and incentives is fun and shows the owner's business acumen. I believe in shopping small mom and pop shops where possible, but I keep returning to the ones which give you more than just an item you purchase. When I recently consigned, the policies were simple and common sense. The ladies were approachable and friendly. I also took advantage of shopping while they were evaluating my turn-ins and it bumped up the percentage I'll make when those clothes sell. When they rejected some items bc I hadn't seen the spots on them, they were very nice about it; this accidental situation was handled well so I wouldn't feel embarrassed, which I appreciated. Friends who've shopped here at my recommendation have said it's like a hidden gem. read more
