The store has the typical 'thrift' feel: somewhat dirty, a little unorganized, slight smells throughout. I love when I can find a new plant pot or a funky knick-knack! My biggest complaint: manager Bethany. She is downright terrible. She doesn't move. She plants herself in one spot and eats and gossips and rolls her eyes when a manager is needed. I've also seen how she interacts with the employees. She goes out of her way to let everyone around her know that she is reprimanding and demeaning an employee, most likely right there in the middle of the sales floor or at the register. She's also lacking customer service. A woman in front of me did a return and Bethany wouldn't honor the return because the tags weren't attached. However, the customer said the tags were attached through both sides of the shirt and it was impossible to try it on without removing the tags, and she even reminded Bethany that Bethany was the one who checked her out and she pointed it out to Bethany and Bethany told her that it would be ok, and Bethany's response was, "Well, that's too bad.", threw the shirt on the counter, told the cashier to not accept the return, and walked away.
