Yesterday I was delivered what was obviously someone else's order. Mistakes happen. What really…read moreupset me was the lack of a method to immediately report the error to the store. There should be an option to check a box that says "wrong order received", and a way for them to immediately fix it. Instead, I was jacked around the website, trying to figure out how to report, then ended up going through item by item to report it as missing. Then I still had to call a 1-800 number for a full refund. No option whatsoever-even after calling- to have the correct order re-delivered. To top it off, I am expected to take care of the food that was wrongly delivered to me, and they made it sound like it was a free gift. It's nothing I will eat and is taking up all my freezer space. Feel bad for that party as well, as they were obviously trying to feed their family with kids. Like I said, mistakes can happen, but the total lack of care to do anything to quickly resolve it, is really disappointing.

There are times when I am in Kohl's and end up finding too many things that I would like! There are also, unfortunately, times when things just don't seem to work right. But, even in those times, the Kohl's discounts and Kohl's Cash can be used online for a greater selection! The Customer Service at this location is the best that I have experienced at any Kohl's location. While at a Kohl's location in California I once waited over thirty minutes just to talk to a Customer Service representative, not so here! At this Duluth location I have always been met with a friendly smile and great service. They even now take returns of Amazon purchases! They will even handle the packing and shipping for you, for free! Plus, if you return an Amazon purchase at Kohl's, you receive a 25% discount coupon to use at Kohl's! The biggest advice for the Kohl's discounts, though, is to be aware that they may not be applicable to all items, specifically name brand clothing like Nike or Under Armour. If those discounts and Kohl's Cash worked on those items, I would be at Kohl's even more often! Maybe someday... Sometimes they have decent sales but the store is actually very unorganized and messy. Nobody is there to clean the dressing rooms and sometimes you have to flag down an associate to be let in. The one thing I wish that Walmart would carry is a type of formula from the UK. I have to travel to another store to get this item, but that's ok. The other thing I will mention quick about Walmart is that the employees up in the front seem to do alot of standing around. The last time I was there I spotted 5 in the self chekout area doing absolutely nothing. Wouldn't it be great if they could open cashier checkout line especially when all of the self check lines are full? They're not too bright over here at Menards in Virginia! I went here today and stopped in the…read morewomen's bathroom and most of them were dirty, but one was particularly filthy. There was feces everywhere. I thought is someone going to come clean this. moments later somebody walked into the bathroom, shut the door and started plunging and plunging and plunging and flushing and plunging, I walked over to wash my hands and that person came out of the bathroom. It was a Menards employee that was going to walk directly past the sink and out the door without washing her hands. I said hey, aren't you gonna wash your hands? She rolled her eyes and I said , I just saw you walk out of there after plunging that filthy toilet and she said well I use hand sanitizer. I said well I'm a nurse and that does NOT matter. Wash your hands.! Oh, it gets better..... I watched her walk directly over to the cash register and start pushing keys. I went over to a man that was on the last row of registers and told him what had happened and pointed out the girl in the incident. Moments later he walked over to her and behind the customer service desk, and I saw them laughing amongst each other. They actually thought it was funny so I told a couple of guys that were managers in the lumber department and a short while later, three of them walked up to the front while I was leaving the store. The first manager of the cashiers that I told came chasing me out of the store and said ma'am ma'am, I talked to my cashier and she said she was wearing gloves I said oh no she wasn't. She walked right past the sink. She did not have gloves on and his response was well, I'll take my cashier's word over yours any day. I said go ahead and laugh when the health department comes in to evaluate. It's really disgusting how filthy people can be and they actually think it's funny. This is why diseases are spread from one person to another to another to another. Makes me wanna vomit.
