If I could give the store and management as well as the female worker that was working on 9/22/25 a 0I would. Not only was the store an absolute mess with chipped and broken items on the shelves, but the prices for one MK purse was over $100, that's ridiculous. But on top of the without getting into the whole experience, because that would take me an hr to type lol let's just say that female worker was not only unprofessional but she was down right rude. When I called her out on something she had done while I was in line a regular customer I'm sure a reseller started running his mouth when he knew nothing about what had occurred. The he starts cursing at me calling me horrible things ( I guess trying to defend his female worker) they obviously knew each other. while the female is behind the counter is gloating thinking it is funny. I got the manager the guy is still blurting out crap right in front of the manager and he is saying and doing nothing. What a disgrace and what a coward. I guess $ is more important than any customer. I did call corporate and spoke with a nice lady she acted concerned said all the right things, but I don't feel anything will be done. It a shame that at the end of the day people don't choose to do the right thing anymore. They have lost my business and I will share this experience with as many others as I can. GW your employees really need to do better. read more

I love going to goodwills to see what treasures I come across, but this location is a little more subtle... you'll find a few books, clothes and dishes nothing to crazy. read more

This is truly the worst goodwill of all of the triangle. They write the price on everything in sharpie which is infuriating and it literally looks like a landfill in there. The owners need to do better. And owners if you're wondering why your employees don't care it's because you're probably not paying them a living wage. read more

You can find lots of stuff here. Very cheap and the things here are actually kind of nice. You can actually sometimes find expensive brands here. I come at least once a week to this Goodwill. Have never had any problems and the people who work here are nice. Just never buy the stuffed animals, pillows, or bedding from here. It's probably disgusting. Just don't. But yeah the clothes are nice and there's a good selection. It's very organized and I like that. read more

I went to this goodwill yesterday evening after work with know intention to buy anything, and found lots! They have amazing jewelry deals, beautiful dresses, and the employee's are very nice and friendly! I will definitely be going back to this location! read more

This place is always hoppin' -- I've never been inside, but have always been met outside the donation door by a helpful employee ready to take my bags of contributions. It's usually pretty hard to find a place to park, and to maneuver in and out. I'll check out the inside store sometime, but maybe on a different day of the week than Saturday. read more

Had no clear process for donations, so I began to unload my boxes by the door next to donor parking - after a employee coming in and out several times without saying a word to me he finally YELLED at me that I can bring my stuff inside which was completely uncalled for. Maybe if that's where it needs to go someone should be actively monitoring the door. Also, while bringing in my things after being yelled at by this man I hear him loudly complaining about how much he hates his job. This location is in the middle of nowhere and with the sh*tty employees as well, I'll definitely just throw my things away in the future. read more

This Goodwill location is BUSY. Go on a Saturday afternoon, and you'll be running into people left and right. You'll have to wait a half hour for an open dressing room if you want to try anything on. You'll have to navigate some very narrow aisles at the same time as 3 or 4 others. And you'll probably find some pretty good stuff in the process. I stopped in this weekend, and the selection of men's clothing was better than most locations, but not great. Selection of things like housewares and toys were above par, with some great finds including a big-screen TV. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though it took quite a while to move through the single checkout line. All in all, the time investment was mildly frustrating, but sometimes you just have to decide if a great deal is worth a little hassle. read more

An average Triangle area Goodwill. Overrun with clothes in the center of the store and rimmed by shelves of unwanted, broken nick-nacks. This location does have a fairly good book selection, but I was very unimpressed with everything else. However, since there are currently two other (better) thrift stores in the same shopping center, it's worth stopping in to. read more

I'm not a big fan of goodwill in general. This location is pretty awful. I won't say that the staff is rude, just disinterested. If gwf is about training people for jobs, they should teach their employees that friendliness, helpfulness and pleasantness are qualities employers look for. As for the merchandise, it's pretty sketch. It seems like the same dinnerware, vases, etc. are always there. A few lessons in display and merchandising would be useful. When items are arranged well, they will look more attractive and move more quickly (retail 101). As for the clothing; the center of the store is filled with lots of women's clothing, not arranged by size. I'm wear a plus size, which are very rare at thrifts. I'm not going to go through all that clothing in the hopes that I might find something. BTW, the CEO of goodwill makes almost $700,000 a year (Wikipedia). That's a lot of money for peddling junk. If you're wondering why I bother to go here, it's because there are a few good thrifts in the area. A-Z is really nice, especially for furniture and artwork. I'm much rather shop at a store that contributes to local causes. read more

This is my go-to thrift store for housewares and books. They somehow have a much better selection than other shops in the area. The staff here is friendlier and more professional than other local goodwills as well. The store is always busy and the parking lot can be a little difficult to navigate. read more

Goodwills in the Triangle area are all pretty much the same as far as cleanliness, price, and customer service are concerned. What makes each one unique is the quality of the donations that they receive. In my experience, the better the neighborhood, the better the merchandise. Unfortunately this one is kind of off the main road, in a neighborhood that isn't exactly wonderful. So, the items they carry is pretty much throwaway stuff. Occasionally I will get a surprise treasure from here but not very often. I am a thriftaholic, so I think I can say you won't be missing anything here. read more
