Decent Goodwill location with deals if you're willing to look for them! I went here on a sleepy Sunday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. They have a sign when you walk in stating what color tag is 50% off and if any tags are discounted. I was lucky because the day I went yellow tags were $1.49 so I was on the hunt for yellow! I found four items total including a Lululemon sports bra and a few basic pieces for my wardrobe. The store is well organized broke down by sections....mens, women's, kids, homewares but it was hard to find someone working there when I had a question. They also had a hefty selection of Seahawks gear so if you're looking for fanwear on the cheap, be sure to stop by here! read more

I have always loved the good will. I don't need a lot of my clothes back to this department store making sure that the close I get and the close I return can be used by others. This stores are generally in good condition and not a lot of saying is laying on the floor or falling off of rax fairly clean is always good easier to look through this stuff when it's organized. You never know what kind of treasures you're going to find but if you are willing to look through as many things as possible there is no doubt in my mind you will walk away with something amazing. read more

So I was just driving along and looked to my right and saw the Goodwill sign. After gasping and nearly choking on my own spit I swerved across a few lanes of traffic (legally ;^) ) and pulled into the parking lot. The windows to this GW are clear and big so you can kind of gauge what you're getting into. The first thing I noticed was that they had another store to the right of the GW which was completely Christmas items. A GW Christmas store....what!?!? But anyway I'm not all that xmas-y anyway. So I walk into the GW. Whoa! Major! Okay of course they had their double tags sale going on. But there was so much selection I became faint. I saw stars and had to hold onto the rack of men's clothes that was nearby. So as you may know from my other reviews of thrift stores I go for VHS, men's clothes/shoes, sometimes linens, sometimes small appliances. and rarely furniture. It took me a good 25 minutes just to get through the VHS. I really had to take my time because oddly there were a lot of movies I don't have and the movies kind of wrap around the corner. Then the men's clothes. I have been looking for some colder weather gear to get me set for the winter. I found 4 cardigans for $2.99 each and a few nice blazers for around $5.99 each. I think I was too overwhelmed to even bother looking through the jeans/pants which there was a lot of. Then I turned to the right and BAM! shoes. There were more shoes than I normally see in GW for men. Jis sayin'. I definitely will go back if I'm in the area. Don't let the outside parking lot fool you. Wow! Wow! read more

However, I went to drop off some items to donate and the two guys working the droop off line had their masked down under their nose. I mean, masks are a requirement. I was very excited to go into this store. In the past years this has been a great place to get Christmas items for a great price. Not this year. I'm not sure who is pricing the items this year. I saw items that I've purchased at the dollar Tree marked $1.99. There was a set of stocking holders that were priced exactly the same as they are brand new at Target. They were obviously not new. Scratched and scuffed. I bought a string of lights in a bag. They let me test them by having the plug sticking out of the bag. Which was nice. But once I got it home. It's so wrapped up in some sort of twisted up pattern that I have no idea to get undone. I am highly disappointed in the way this store has become. I will not be returning. read more

My husband and I have attempted to donate items at this location several times. The employees turn away new and nearly new items after giving us flimsy excuses. I think the employees/volunteers lack motivation and customer service skills. This is the last time we will attempt to donate here. It's such a shame, I know there are families out there that can use the items we want to donate. Management please additional training for your employees/volunteers. read more

I personally am done shopping at this location because of the poor customer service. I recently had a bad experience with dropping off donations, which caused me to come back twice. Today the supervisor closed the dressing rooms even though she saw me standing there waiting. She refused to let me use the dressing room stating THEY need time to restock the shelves. I get that and totally understand, but I was already in line (prior to store announcement) and the store was still open for another hour. They have a decent selection of men's clothing, which is great and why I returned a few times. I'm tired of the hassle shopping here so I'll be going to other locations. Even though this location is not for me, maybe you'll have better luck. read more

I hardly ever wear dresses and did not want to spend tons of money for one time deal for a special occasion. Where do you go? Yes to a thrift store. Here I am with my bf trying to find the one dress to wear, instead my bf found a 3-piece taylored suit that fit him perfect to a "T" for $11! That was great for him. It's a big, clean and spacious store. It seems going out of Seattle to a thrift store at times pays off. A MUST GO! read more

A great spot if you are a thrift store enthusiast! I remember finding some really great items at this Goodwill a few years back so recently I decided to drive down from Seattle to check it out. I am glad to report that it is still awesome. It's one of the bigger stores and the bathrooms are accessible and clean. There is a donut shop and there is also a great espresso stand that serves Batdorf and Bronson coffee. Furthermore, this Goodwill location seems to have a large and seperate holiday section dubbed 'Christmas Shoppe'. I will definitely be back to check it out next winter. read more

We came in to look for knick nacks & random pieces for our home. No associates were on the sales floor so I couldn't ask for assistance. The isles were pretty messy but hey it's a thrift shop so oh well. The line was extremely long so we just ended up putting our items down and heading out. My friend took me shopping at the goodwill in spanaway it's OK if it's overpriced like how people say it is but I understand it's supposed to go through other contributions to help others but my main concern was the cashier (1-11-20 in the evening) with the green dyed hair with her ponytail up. She has very bad attitude and un friendly acting like she didn't wanna be there, A customer asked her about a question about a price and I literally saw her roll her eyes up!! Goodwill should stand by what they are made for and give more people with disabilities a chance because this lady clearly act she did not wanna be there and that's really sad!! Not a good first impression of the Goodwill I give 0 rating And I would stand by!! They should retrain they cashiers and teach them to be more happier and cheerful and be glad to give answers to customers with a without a funky attitude and appreciate their job!! Very large clothing selection and I did find a few pieces that I had to have here, but while browsing I noticed that a lot of their clothing isn't in the greatest shape - dirty, holy, stained, etc. I don't usually notice those issues at the Lacey GW. If I'm ever in the area again, I will stop by, but since I have the Olympia and Lacey GW's, it is not likely I'll make a special trip. read more

We went in today to buy work shirts and was told they will no longer accept checks at ANY goodwill after September first, and would I like to round up for job training...I thought our donations and our business helped job training. When will people wake up to the largest scam in America? They get stuff for free, jobs are basic for very low wages, and merchandise is sold for high prices, 3rd retailer in the country behind wallmart and target!
