Great for all ages! Very safety conscious which made me feel good as it was myself and my granddaughter. We both had a great tone

I'm pursuing horseback archery, which requires a specific type of bow. 7 Meadows Archery is the sole North American distributor for Hungarian bowmaker István Tóth. The bows are made in the style of his nomadic ancesteors, the Huns and the Magyars. The showroom is by appointment, but Kim is really flexible and welcoming. They'd just returned from a convention, so the showroom was a bit chaotic, but Kim still knew what stock was available. She understood my physical requirements and suggested several bows. They have a short range target so you can test the bows. Kim answered all of my questions, was really friendly and chatty, asking about where I practice and how I got interested in it. It was really low-pressure too, which I appreciated. She wasn't constantly trying to make the sale. They have a variety of styles of bows with all different weights and purposes listed on their website, which you can buy online. The benefit of going to the showroom is the ability to try them out. It really pushed the experience from 4 stars to 5. The products come with a warranty and they're more than happy to take questions/concerns even after the warranty. Kim said that she'd rather I come back if I have any problems--even if the warranty is over, or doesn't cover the type of problem. She expressed that she didn't want customers to take the bows to someone who doesn't know about this type of bows and make the problem worse. It's not inexpensive, but archery equipment rarely is. You'll be paying $300+ for a bow, but you can tell the quality in the craftsmanship just by looking at them.

I wasn't buying anything either but am very interested in Hungarian Bows. Just by listening, I gathered some cool information. The internet is full of information but mostly trying to sell you something. I would like a private tour of the showroom at 7 Meadows Archery.. That part will have to wait.

They also have camp cookware, fuel canisters, and freeze-dried foods. They also carry solar-powered electronics, battery chargers, and other devices. This place is like a supercenter for outdoor recreational activities. I could spend extra hours in the store, just browsing, and marveling at all the options they have. Some of my favorite items are The Walker's Digital Electronic Earmuffs for indoor shooting protection and the Salty Crew Apex Perforated Long-Sleeve Hooded Sunshirt for style. Although several items are pricey, they do offer memberships and various discounts to reduce the damage to your pockets. I usually frequent this place twice a month, sometimes just for a browse for sales or to find items that I do not currently have on hand that will be very useful in the future. Oh, and I just absolutely love interacting with service reps because they actually love what they do in their job. If you or someone you know enjoys adventurous outdoor activities, there aren't many places that have the quality and quantity that Bass Pro Shop offers.
