This was my first visit to this location and my expectations were really high after reading a lot of positive reviews for this particular location. Boy, was I let down (or could be that those reviewers did not shop in the sections I primarily shop in at Goodwill stores: multi-media (DVD's, CD's, books) and electronics so that might explain the difference in shopping experiences. This store has like two shelves of DVD's compared to the Goodwill at 3110 Southwest Boulevard which has like four expansive shelves of DVD's and CD's. They had a few TV show box sets priced at $5.99 which is $2 more than at the one on Southwest Boulevard. The book section was a little better, needs better organization. Most books are $2.99 which is reasonable. The electronics department appeared as though it hadn't received the proper treatment from staff in MONTHS. It would also be nice if they had some of the CD players and TV sets hooked up and playing which would certainly make an interested shopper more likely to buy. Who wants to purchase something you're not sure will work. So based on this criteria, I can only give this store two out of five stars. Won't be coming back. The Southwest Boulevard and Bartlesville stores are far more impressive.

This Goodwill location is one of the cleaner stores.

This is the nicest Goodwill location in Tulsa. It always has been. It's clean and organized. It's a large store and probably not the easiest to maintain but they do a nice job keeping merchandise up off the floor and in departments. Their used book section is terrific. They have it broken down by genre. Sometimes their book inventory is vast. Pricing is less than a used bookstore. This Goodwill, along with other thrift stores and resale shops, have raised their prices over the years. All merchandise is donated. Thrift store shopping has become trendy and I think the stores are trying to get as much money as they can out of what they have. It's becoming cost prohibitive to some. You can still find a bargain if you pay attention and look carefully. Parking lot available in front of store.

Most of the prices are higher a bit higher priced but you can find some gems now and then, but staff is always great.

Always clean which is very important. Lines are sometimes longer but this is a very high volume store. Damn fine job, folks, carry on!

I bought a dining table and 2 sets of chairs from Scott at the Vintage Vault. Buying site unseen…read morecan be a little scary but Scott was super helpful - even making a recommendation after I described what I was looking for. The furniture was as described and pictured and Scott actively pointed out any flaws (they were so minor I would not have noticed) in advance to make sure there were no surprises. Furniture is perfect and I'm stalking his website for my next must have!!

Well add this to my no go list Twice previously a few months ago we were in Tulsa. We tried to go…read moreto this store to actually view some things, and they were closed when they were supposed to be open. And then about a month later, we did the same thing and again they were closed. They keep hours very sporadically. Now Scott. the owner also maintains an Etsy store and I assume probably one on Istgrift too as well given his price structure. He also maintains a website. . So I messaged him on his website directly about a certain piece that I wanted that was the exact dimensions that I needed. He really had no interest in helping me. I said what is your price with shipping and I did not ask for a discount. He says I'm not currently discounting THAT piece and shipping to Fort Worth will be $390 plus tax. And I was like well then I consider coming up to pick it up if it is in your store ?.. no it's in storage. $1700. I guess it's not a big enough sale for this guy. But after reading the reviews in here and how he denied a girl in a wheelchair access to his store, I think the guy is an A1 A hole. I'd skip this one. And I certainly wouldn't make the drive a third time from Fort Worth to go see him.
