Most of the prices are higher a bit higher priced but you can find some gems now and then, but staff is always great.

Large selection. Nice easy viewing and kept well. A good find for bargains. Best in value for a whole variety of goods.

This was my first visit to this location and my expectations were really high after reading a lot of positive reviews for this particular location. Boy, was I let down (or could be that those reviewers did not shop in the sections I primarily shop in at Goodwill stores: multi-media (DVD's, CD's, books) and electronics so that might explain the difference in shopping experiences. This store has like two shelves of DVD's compared to the Goodwill at 3110 Southwest Boulevard which has like four expansive shelves of DVD's and CD's. They had a few TV show box sets priced at $5.99 which is $2 more than at the one on Southwest Boulevard. The book section was a little better, needs better organization. Most books are $2.99 which is reasonable. The electronics department appeared as though it hadn't received the proper treatment from staff in MONTHS. It would also be nice if they had some of the CD players and TV sets hooked up and playing which would certainly make an interested shopper more likely to buy. Who wants to purchase something you're not sure will work. So based on this criteria, I can only give this store two out of five stars. Won't be coming back. The Southwest Boulevard and Bartlesville stores are far more impressive. read more

This is one of the largest goodwills in the area. They have a very large variety of clothing and books. I do wish all goodwills had a larger selection of housewares, but this one has one of the largest. I think the pricing could be cheaper on some items, but overall I do frequently go back to try to find things I really need for a cheaper than full price option. read more

This is the nicest Goodwill location in Tulsa. It always has been. It's clean and organized. It's a large store and probably not the easiest to maintain but they do a nice job keeping merchandise up off the floor and in departments. Their used book section is terrific. They have it broken down by genre. Sometimes their book inventory is vast. Pricing is less than a used bookstore. This Goodwill, along with other thrift stores and resale shops, have raised their prices over the years. All merchandise is donated. Thrift store shopping has become trendy and I think the stores are trying to get as much money as they can out of what they have. It's becoming cost prohibitive to some. I'm here in hopes Ms. Tina Hamilton's supervisor sees this review. My friends dad is hoping to find employment after a stroke, and hasn't been able to reach anyone. I was connected with Ms. Hamilton, a career navigator, who walked us through the process. We had no idea where to start, and Tina listened to our history, current limitations and even gave us her direct line number in case we ran into any hiccups. By the time my friend and I hung up the phone, we were both crying because Tina didn't have to take the time to explain the process and listen, but she did. I used to go to Goodwill to find books for my collection, They had books set up by category now by edict of some "genius "they're shelved Willy Nilly making it hard to find the types of books I'm looking for. read more

The store was bright and welcoming with colorful, tasteful displays. I felt at home and enjoyed shopping there. The staff working there were friendly and did their job well. A new guy seemed out of place and didn't seem to like his job, but it was a nice place to shop. I was surprised how large it was. I would recommend this Goodwill. read more

I like this particular store because, to the best of their ability, they sort clothing by style and color. So all red sweaters will be together separated from the red long sleeve and the yellow t-shirts. The groupings makes it feel somewhat organized so I don't feel as overwhelmed when I'm treasure hunting. Prices are reasonable. If you find items that are the number of the week they are half off. On this trip I purchased 4 items. I spent a little under $31. Anyone of these items would have retailed for that price. Great value! read more

This is possibly the best Goodwill I've ever been in. It's big, it's clean. There's a huge selection of books. It's big enough to accommodate large items like pianos. There's good selection of clothing, well arranged and organized. read more

Thanks, but no thanks. This is hardly a non-profit. They've done away with weekly color tag sales, hiked up their prices, and have put most high-end merchandise online. There are many people who count on thrift stores to clothe their families. Goodwill is no longer the place for those shoppers. Also, with the exception of a couple people, the workers are very rude at this location. They could use a lot of training in customer service. read more

I highly suggest that all the stores organize the clothes like the Garnett store used to do -- by color palette,then size. It's much more convenient for customers, and makes the store much more organized and neater looking, both of which give the store a dept. store ambiance vs. being a second-hand store. read more

I went here a yesterday and at the beginning everything was going good me and my kids were having a nice time thrifting till we went to the toy/book area and my 3 year old son was playing with a toy car in the aisle and a employee that was working in the book aisle came up to me saying to get my kid cause people are passing by and she was rude about it and I was in shock cause there was not one person in the aisle passing by but I still said ok and told my son let's go to see the books she then proceeds to get her guy coworker named Scott to follow me and my 2 small kids to tell me the same thing she told me and that point I was feeling harassed cause we weren't doing anything wrong and I told Scott " I really don't understand why there's a problem if I already moved and there's no one in the book aisle with us" he then just stands there and walks away after. I did talk to the manager and I asked her if there was a policy about kids not being able to play in the aisle and she said no as long as there with there parent and my son was right by me when he was playing I tried getting the lady name that told me to get my son but she was already gone and the manager wasn't sure which lady it was. read more

Always clean which is very important. Lines are sometimes longer but this is a very high volume store. Damn fine job, folks, carry on!

This is one of my favorite Goodwills in Tulsa. Some of my favorite clothes came from here, including some Ann Taylor pants and a Ralph Lauren sweater. I also love that the books are organized by category, which makes it easy to browse. read more

Love to shop at Goodwill (and all other thrift stores too)! It's a treasure hunt every time---you never know what you're going to find there! I have been to every Goodwill in the Tulsa area and also the Goodwills in Claremore, Owasso and Joplin. Often I find brand new products with original tags especially Target merchandise. They have bins with brand new socks, underwear and other items for 99 cents. You can also find beautiful picture frames for a few dollars that you'd pay $10 or more for at any other store. I love to go on the days they have discounts for 50% off one item or I use coupons to get 50% off a piece of clothing. The only complaint I have is the price of most clothes is $4.99 which I find a little too high so I rarely buy at that price. Also, shoes are priced a little high too. I find the same items priced differently at different stores which is weird. read more
