Came from out of town to visit family for the holidays. When we asked to try on clothes, the employee told us that the dressing rooms were closed but that we could try clothes on in the bathroom. While waiting to get into the bathroom the GM came out of nowhere and was so rude with us about not being able to take merchandise in the bathroom. When we were explaining that the employee told us to use the bathroom to try the clothes she started saying that she was the GM and had power over the other employees and that we couldn't try the clothes on. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to us and the employee. Never thought I'd deal with a rude GM at a Goodwill but here we are. read more

They don't have fitting rooms, when told by an employee my little brother could try stuff on in bathroom the GM yelled at us and when we said an employee told us we could try stuff on in there she got really rude and said " I'm the GM so I have power over him" talk about a GM on a power trip with a big head. There is a way to politely tell customers they can't do that and then communicate that with your other staff. Afterwards a staff tried to still get us to buy everything and return it if it doesn't fit, even after explaining we wouldn't be in town. They also said he could just change in the corner, he's 15 year old. read more

I dropped off about 12 boxes of clothes and household items today and I was just so impressed! The guys working over on the loading dock as well as the receiving room at the front of the store we're so fabulous. I recommend donating to the Goodwill at all times. Charging $.10 a bag what a shame sounds woke to me. I can't be to be green because Calif found out that they increased plastic bag tonnage 25% when they went to $.10 a bag and recyclable bags. It's either greed or just stupidity. either way they don't need my business anymore used to give them, five dollars extra or at least rounded up to the nearest $10 so it's not the money. It's the idea too many other thrift stores to buy from that have a good cause that don't have stupidity management. read more

This Goodwill often charges next-to-new prices for pretty used-up items. My main complaint is with the volume and styles of the music. It is so loud I can't think straight, besides which the songs repeat endlessly and depressingly about "BabyMama"s and young men who plan to break young women's hearts- repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat. I shop as fast as I can and get out. When the cashier asks if I want to "round up" to donate, I am going to start declining every time because I have been punished by the music. read more

Service is very slow. They have a great selection of overpriced junk. Lots of items are missing parts and they still want almost a new price. I do find items that cost more than new! Pretty sad for stuff that is donated. read more

For a small town, this place has a lot of great stuff. I purchased a small kitchen table, a nice wool rug and some clothes. The staff are super nice and helpful, and they go to great lengths to make sure everything is clean and wiped down to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. read more

I have gone to goodwill lots of times but they were pretty bad! Then I come here, and wow it's clean, lots of great finds, books,kids clothing, and more. The people that work there are soo nice and friendly! Coming back soon!!! read more
