The people at this location seem friendlier than others in the area. Store is clean. Items are organized. This location also has a decent selection of furniture. Prices are all over the map. I think that they price some items higher in an effort to offset the color of the week items being half off. My only real complaint about this location is the number of items missing price tags. If I could give this place zero stars I WOULD. The new management is horrible to say the least Adrian has cut so many people out of such a family like atmosphere. He belittles employees by making comments about their personal issues while also looking down on them with comments about their income, while he is actively cutting their hours. His behavior towards his assistants and female employees is all around unacceptable and inappropriate. This place has seriously gone down hill with this new management and no longer feels like the welcoming place I used to know. Do better goodwill don't let people like Adrian ruin such a nice place. I've never felt more unwelcome in an environment. I will NOT be shopping here in the future and possibly not at any goodwill in the area if this is the kind of people they hire. read more

The customer service is always good at almost all locations in Arizona much better than Washington state the value is great not overpriced and the selection is exceptional. The stores are clean well stocked and good for the value. read more

This Litchfield Park location used to be my favorite. However, since COVID it has steadily declined. Not only have they removed all the dressing rooms to try on clothes, but they have also now removed all the mirrors, so you can't even hold something up to you to see if you think it will look good on you. It is so frustrating, because if you buy some clothing, take it home, try it on and find it doesn't fit, and then take it back, all they offer is store credit. The employees there are very nice. They said they changed ownership (??) and the new people took the mirrors down. read more

Today I get to Goodwill for their $2 Thursday deal exactly at 9am when they opened. There were numerous employees already going through the racks and pulling the $2 color of the day. I asked 3 different employees why they were pulling the sale items off the racks and taking them to the back. None of them gave me an answer that made sense. I think this is shady of them to pull the merchandise off the floor. They have already raised the prices of all the donated merchandise they have, which is fine but allow us to enjoy a sale that you advertise. read more

I came to this location in the middle of the week in the afternoon and it was very clean! This has to be the largest Goodwill I've been to in the Phoenix area. The prices were reasonable and they had a wide variety of selections of electronics, shoes, and especially clothes! Although I didn't find much for myself on this particular day, I would definitely shop here again. read more

I couldn't find the "if it's this color you get X% off," but maybe they don't do it at this location. Either way, still reasonable prices. Small book selection. I have been to many goodwills and I have to say this one was huge. It was very organized. I like how they had a room basically for the electronics the furniture was in a different section. I do have to notate they were not completely stocked on stuff but I feel like Goodwill. It's gonna be a hit or miss. I did find an interesting book and some cute skirts. They only had one register open and for me it wasn't that bad as they were not that busy, and the cashier was friendly. read more

While at another Goodwill this week I overheard a few older ladies (apparently it was senior day ha ha) talking about this huge and fabulous Goodwill in Litchfield Park. It must have been my lucky day because I love a good deal and Goodwill is my go to for all my holiday decor finds. If you go early enough you're more than likely to find some great things near whatever holiday is coming up. Today I had some free time so I drove over to this "magic" Goodwill. At first I will say I was excited. It was very large inside and even had a separate room dedicated to all the electronics. All items were organized fairly well, but to me it was such a bust. No real finds of any kind unless you're in a hunt for clothes...there were tons and tons of clothes for anyone you can think of. Service was sub par and the few people working didn't even acknowledge or make eye contact. Maybe I'll check back in at a later date, but it was a let down for me. read more

Very rude staff. My daughter accidently got locked out of the fitting room when she came out to show me what she had on. I had to find a employee to unlock the door, which took awhile and the person that unlocked it was extremely rude. My children felt like they had done something wrong. That coupled with reply high prices on items they get for free, we won't be back. read more

This brand new Goodwill is super clean, pretty, and very spacious! It was originally built to be a Tutor Time preschool, which sat empty for many years. Why the low-stars? This is another over-priced Goodwill Thrift Store. This one offers the same unwanted items I find homeowners selling at weekend yard sales, but stuff is way cheaper at yard sales. I saw some items marked $4.99 that are from the Target dollar bins. Over-pricing has taken the fun out of hunting for cheap stuff at thrift stores. Who's doing the pricing back there??? Not all of the Goodwill thrift stores are overpriced. It would be great if they were consistent with pricing overall. I just dropped off two boxes of clothing to this location and the man that was working the donation center said literally nothing to me. I said "hello" in an upbeat tone, he said nothing. He went to open the box and I said "it's just clothes," in essence to prompt some response, and he said nothing. Didn't say thank you, wish me a good day, nothing. For a store that has 40 signs on their front window that say "we need your donations," they don't seem all that grateful for them. He did look me in the eye when we were next to each other, so maybe that's an acknowledgment? Hardly. read more

I was shopping this location today, and a manager by the name of Tesha, accused me of stealing. I had my own Hydrofoask with a shake in it, and had just finished drinking it. I put it in my purse, because I didn't want to set it down somewhere and lose it. Out of nowhere, she turns towards me and says "Are you planning to pay for that?" I said no, this is mine. She walked towards me, so I held it up so she could see the couple of ice cubes in it, and she actually looked inside it to check! She said "I t t bought I saw something." And I explained that I didn't want to lose it. I then showed her a Starbucks insulated cup in my cart, and said I am planning to pay for this though. To which she said "That's a nice one." She then walked away and offered no apology whatsoever. I told her that she was very rude. She didn't respond. You'd think in the summer in Arizona, retailers would not be surprised to see customers with their reusable cups. I was prepared to call my daughter and my sister and ask them to describe my Hydroflask to her. It's a Dutch Bro's one. And by the way, I have never seen a hydroflask ar any Goodwill ever. read more

Overpriced garbage. I rarely found anything worth buying and when I did I laughed out loud at the high prices. Once my son found a little toy on the floor (unpriced) and the rude clerk announced she would be charging me $1.49 for it as it came from the loose toys which are charged 10 for 1.49. Then she had the audacity to ask me to donate my change. I told her considering she just overcharged me for a piece of junk that I could have gotten at a yard sale for a dime that she'd gotten enough money out of me. She actually looked a little sheepish. At any rate, if you are looking for a bargain, don't bother. The selection sucks, the prices are high, and I'd say half the employees hate their job. The new Goodwill in Buckeye beats this place to oblivion. read more

It's new, it's clean, it's...yeah, that's about all I got so far. When we're in town visiting family in the West Valley, I beg my husband to take me here. He hates going to thrift stores now because I go so often. Anyways, we've come here maybe four times in total and have yet to buy anything. The last time we were there they had a gorgeous coffee table for super cheap that I wanted, but we'd brought my car which was too small to lug it home. It's very rare that I walk out of a thrift store empty-handed. I had found a few small things at this Goodwill but unfortunately most of what I found that I did want to purchase was way overpriced. I had two things that I was going to get and was trying to get somebody to open the jewelry case for me. I waited in line for way too long and then the lady in front of me was trying to make a donation so that she could meet the minimum price to use a coupon. After the cashier took forever to ring it up,she realized she made a mistake and called the lady back as she was walking away. I got annoyed and I just put my stuff on the counter and said never mind and walked out. I wasn't trying to be rude, but after waiting so long and trying to get in the jewelry case I just didn't feel like waiting anymore. And the cashier didn't say anything about being with me in a moment or apologizing for the wait. If she had I wouldn't of been so irritated. Definitely not enough good stuff at this Goodwill to be worth going back to. I think I will just stick with Savers. read more

Out of all the Goodwill on the Westside this one is the worse. The employee's sure dont seem to want to help with anything. A few weeks ago I purchased a couple items, walked out to my car and noticed the cashier charged me for an item I didnt purchase, went back in and told him, said he needed to get the Manager who (when I was originally paying stepped out front to smoke and said come get her if needed) the Manager was sitting out front in a vehicle with another person I had to wait for over 20 minutes for this Manager (who said to come get her if needed) was finished with your smoke break. Now I understand everyone deserves a break, but what I dont understand is why a cashier is not able to do a simple refund, and why wasnt anyone else in the building that could take care of a refund, so instead they make you sit and WAIT, which is just poor customer service. Last night as we went to purchase a couple item, and I was using my refund card, I asked the cashier for the balance left on the card and was told they are not able to do that, REALLY any other Goodwill has no problem doing this. Think Goodwill needs to weed out the crappy employee's and managers here. read more
