It starts with a sketchy parking lot. Poorly maintained, trashy, etc. The store itself is not kept clean. Accepted inventory is poorer in quality than what other Goodwill stores accept and stock. I asked the manager what they were giving me for six very expensive items and it was very low. I nicely asked for them to exclude that from the buy. I was met with sighing, an eye rolling, from the manager, and then when she removed those items, she tossed them across the counter at me. She rudely gave me my offer in cash, and then I had to ask for the rest of my items they didn't take and ask for a tax receipt and she seemed irritated the entire time. They were a STEAL for Plato's, considering the exact items can be bought online today and each shirt were all in the $25-$50 range brand new. There was 30 minutes wait so we ran errands. They texted when it was ready for pickup, and we made $45 cash. Since these items had been sitting on Marketplace and Poshmark for a while, I just wanted to be done with it all. The place was packed on a Saturday, and the gal who helped me was very patient & friendly.
