First time coming to this good will on this side of town. This good will is across the highway from ikea and hard to miss. It has a donation station on the side that you can conveniently drive through. Only thing about this good will is the size, it is evidently smaller than other good wills I've been too. Although do not let the size of the store fool you! There are still a lot of cool things to find here so stop on by. read more

Don't shop here unless you want to be racially profiled and falsely accused of shoplifting. My brother and his friends were followed around the store the moment they got there and when they were leaving they were accused of stealing a $5 jacket. They claim they had them on camera but wouldn't show the footage. Mind you they were minors and their family wasn't contacted. Do better! read more

Location is large and merchandise is well organised. I went during the work week, so it wasn't crowded.

High prices, even compared to other Goodwill's in the area. Since they opened up at the new location, the prices skyrocketed and the customer service went down. Maybe they should remember the hand that feeds them...the customer. read more

Well-organized thrift shop was a treat! I scored a major award, but the poor woman heading up the aisle in my direction looked as if she wished to have seen it first! The only improvement I can suggest is to organize the small library section. Otherwise, even clothing was organized by size and color. Nice! read more

I went out of my way to bring donations to this store during business hours and was turned away. I understand the store was closing in 30 minutes but according to the automated message when you call the store, donations are accepted until 7pm EVERYDAY. I'm disappointed and will likely begin bringing donations to other charities and organizations. read more

Extremely organized and affordable. Shoes $6.99 and the most $9.99. The clothes are clearly organized by color and sizes. Staff friendly and the check out was quick. Fitting rooms were clean. read more

My friend and I had the pleasure of meeting Art and the checkout this weekend and I gotta say I'd drive all the out of my way just to see this gem of a human. He was funny and kind and we could tel he was a good soul. The products at any Goodwill are gonna be based on what's donated and pure luck and in general I think goodwill is way overpriced compared to most thrift stores and don't choose to shop at them frankly. We saw a used glass from the dollar store that was marked as $1.49 . But in any case I just wanted to leave this review for Art in hopes that someone will see it and share it with him. My favorite place to find treasures. About 8-10 times I will find something. You'd be surprised what items you can find. My glassware is from here. They sparkle like new. You would never guess I bought them here. Service is friendly and they are very thankful for your business. This locale is a good one. read more

Agree on the goodwill prices and whatever closet they name they use to jack it up more... however I'll look for the color of the week, if there's something that is not the color of the week I will need to consider the brand and the condition!! Worst goodwill experience in a long time. Everything here is way overpriced. they tried to price a trunk for $100 that was falling apart and had hardly any antique value at all. Everything is marked up to the point where you would think you were shopping in a mall. Also the lines had about 12 people and I refused to wait 30 minutes to checkout like other people were doing. The store was busy so i guess people are falling for their overpriced stuff. read more

Goodwill prices will be what they will be, and in many cases they are RIDICULOUS... but I specifically wanted to review this store because it has better customer service than most. I've been in on several occasions now and the staff is almost always friendly and polite. I have experienced so much downright awful crankiness at other local Goodwill stores that this friendly behavior actually stood out for me as unusual (how sad!?)... so for that reason alone I stop by when I am in the area. Oh, and they still do $2 off their "color of the week", unlike the others who have all gone to $1 off (remember, this used to be HALF off!). I don't know what they are all thinking though, pricing boots at $8 a pair! read more
