I went in two times since this to make an appointment. The first time she wasn't very helpful or kind and there was a negative tone there. I decided to disregard this and went in a second time to make another appointment and pick up a check for my balance and she was extremely rude and immediately snapped at me saying "you could text me". This was extremely unprofessional, you have a business but cannot answer the phone for your clients to make appointments or return voicemails that were left in an attempt to make an appointment. Extremely disappointed but I can't say wasn't expected from the way she began to treat my mom and I out of no where. Terrible customer service and wouldn't recommend.

She has so much knowledge about crystals and her inventory. It's a smaller shop but in my opinion those are normally the best metaphysical shops. There's a lot to explore and more importantly a lot of genuinely cool things. A vast assortment of crystals and a good selection/variety of nearly everything else. Wendy does a real good job keeping new and exciting things pop in. The pricing is very fair and she's even kind enough to hold items if you really want something.
