When I got to the store, I was impressed that they had a full stock of furniture and items all in outstanding condition for great prices. I only bought what I came for but I could have easily broken the bank right there. Customer service was outstanding. They offered delivery through a local insured moving company and when I changed my destination address, Cindy's said they'd pay the difference in any delivery costs. I knew there'd be no difference since the new address was closer than the original one but, still, who does that? That was an amazing thing to offer a customer! If you're in the market for a new piece of furniture or decor, make them your first stop. You might not have to go anywhere else.

You have to bring your clothes up, they pack it. I like to think I'm somewhat of an efficient packer and can roll items into little rolls but they want to pack it which in then, reduces how much you can fill the bag with. They keep adding stipulations to what is and what is not included also which is a joke. I'm sad that this place has gone downhill. Especially since I had approximately 10 bags of clothes to donate and the attitude of the staff drove me to go to Salvation Army to donate instead.

I literally had to argue to have them write my donations on the tax write off sheet, as she scribbled over the entire sheet to not allow for the accurate donations given, and she crossed off the value spaces. That felt so horrible donating to them. I never donate to Goodwill as a policy, but I will go there before I return here. She literally scoffed and insulted my donations! Just a gross gross feeling.
