I have a love hate relationship with this store. I've found some solid brands....Brooks, Lululemon, Top Shop and more. But their prices for clothing had gotten a little asinine (Chicos is not designer, boo) and the staff isn't the most welcoming. I dig the full a bag for $7 option but they won't give you the bag. You have to bring your clothes up, they pack it. I like to think I'm somewhat of an efficient packer and can roll items into little rolls but they want to pack it which in then, reduces how much you can fill the bag with. They keep adding stipulations to what is and what is not included also which is a joke. I'm sad that this place has gone downhill. Especially since I had approximately 10 bags of clothes to donate and the attitude of the staff drove me to go to Salvation Army to donate instead. read more

I've never before had someone turn away 1/2 of my donations and then nickle and dime me over a donation receipt. She insulted my donations to my face, including the ones she took. I literally had to argue to have them write my donations on the tax write off sheet, as she scribbled over the entire sheet to not allow for the accurate donations given, and she crossed off the value spaces. That felt so horrible donating to them. I never donate to Goodwill as a policy, but I will go there before I return here. She literally scoffed and insulted my donations! Just a gross gross feeling. read more

We went to the Habitat for Humanity Resale Store on 776 in Pt. Charlotte today. We will never return. We were donating clean clothes that were in excellent, almost unused condition. Person taking donations told us, in a very rude way, that what were donating had to be in plastic bags. As we were putting the items back in our car, he then told us, with a sigh, that he would let us donate this one time without items in a plastic bag. We will never again donate to Habitat for Humanity. read more

Very unprofessional and rude cashier when needing to use the locked restroom!!! No one had keys and made a seen about opening the door and making sure it stayed locked very unprofessional will not return to this location visit many Habitat for Humanity in the area and have never been treated so rudely someone needs to look into this. Depending upon who u talk to depends upon the answer to your questions here. Took a few trips to learn Tues and Thurs are 10% off and every third Saturday of the month is 50% off. Not sure but I would hope the folks who work here are volunteers. Habitat for Humanity is a wonderful non-profit which I have supported for years but never via a thrift store. I love thrifting! This store is well organized and the people that run it are super nice. I went for the $5/bag of clothing - although I didn't take what I couldn't use. I found a Chico's top and some excellent teeshirts. Love the furniture selection. I can always find something here and it's a worthwhile cause for the donations. read more

This is the best Habitat store in the area. They always have a large selection of just about everything. All kinds of houseware items, crafting, decor, lawn/garden items, in addition to a large furniture selection. Great prices compared with other thrifts stores. read more

They had a variety of stuff but not as organized as I thought it should be. It is a very large store I would return again.
