Make sure to bring house hold goods or clothes in bags or boxes or they will not take it. For larger items depending on what it is you have to drop it off in the back. If it is furniture and such must not have pet hairs on it. Which is understandable since the donations might end up in someones house who are allergic to pet dander. Overall they are always helpful with unloading and educating on their donation policy. Also if you have no means of transporting donations they will also pick up as well, I use the app to schedule a pickup. But you will need advance notice! Atleast a couple dayd or so!

They have it organize pretty nicely but not by size. . I didn't find anything today and I forgot to check to see if they had a area where you could try on the clothes. On the sign it says no returns. Bummer. The prices here are kind of like the Goodwill. Women's Clothes range from $6 to $8. They don't have a color code deal for the day you only get 25% off on Wednesdays. Pretty big parking lot. Friendly staff. Clean, no smells. I will stop in here again one day if I'm in this area.

I had a couple of items to donate that Goodwill would not take and they recommended this place to…read moreme. It wasn't too far and it was easy to get to. I pulled up out front and walked inside and was greeted almost immediately. I explained to the woman what I had And she had me pull around to the side of the building to make the donation. Everything went very smoothly and I was very happy with the experience. While I was inside the store I did see that they had a lot of merchandise for sale with some of it being brand new while other was clearly used. I didn't really have time to look around much, but I could definitely see check in this place out to see what they had available in the future.

My intention was to…read morehead to a "restore" and when I utilized the directions button for the Florida Mall location, I was sent here. So, there might be a bug in the direction link. I stopped on my way there making sure I clicked the Florida Mall store in the Yelp app, but each time, I was sent to this location. (After getting there, I realized that I was at the wrong place.) Also, I think there was another store in the area previously where some of the photos might have been taken, but perhaps this is the newer store? Anywho, this was a store, I think ... however, it doesn't look like some of the photos in the initial reviews. From some of the photos, the place looks larger and more organized. This place was small and had a bunch of things but not things that I could use. I'm not knocking it by any means! This place helps out many people who are in need of basics. I was just on a hunt for possible flooring and doors. (I had heard from friends that they found windows, doors and flooring left over from new builds. I just don't think they are at this location.) They do have doors, but as it was just me shopping, it was hard to mull through them in the warehouse as they were stacked and my back is roughed up from a wreck I was in a year ago. It was also pretty dark in that area and the floor was plywood and I just wanted to be careful where I was walking. They do have furniture, etc., and again, if you are in need, this place can help you out. If you are looking for more homebuilding or newer items (possible left over from recent construction), this probably isn't the restore you are thinking of. Either way, Habitat is a wonderful organization and I'll try another location as its a win-win for all involved.
