This Goodwill Bins location is in a very urban, mixed area, the energy inside was cool. It felt like a melting pot of people who were genuinely kind and helped each other out while digging through the bins, I'm assuming locals who knew each other. We found a lot of NWT and barely worn items, especially for kids; if you have little ones, this is absolutely your spot. There were tons of kids' clothes, baby items, and even baby gauze cloths. Found Matilda Jane, a bunch of baby onesies. We also came across plenty of keyword-worthy pieces for reselling. A&F and Starter jackets, plus a lot of high end men's blazers and gently worn shoes from brands like Born and Keds. Star Trek gear. They rotate the bins often, so there's always something new to look through. Overall, a solid spot if you're willing to dig and love a good treasure hunt. read more

Staff are very friendly and try their very best to make this a great experience for everyone. Numerous regulars keep carts and personal bins in the way. They are very aggressive and rude. I came into the bins because I read about them online and wanted to check them out.I came 3 times and got some clothes, books and dvd movies.I wanted my son to experience what I did.I did not realize how hot it was in the Bins until I ended up passing out on the floor.Their manager Betty who I don't know her last name was a really sweet person and stayed on the floor until the ambulance came.I will come back to shop at the bins when the heat breaks because it is really hot in there for me to be in there during the summer. read more

I mean, Im sure all Goodwill Outletd are going to have an OK rating. Not great, not bad, just OK-- and the reason is because it's literally a frenzy of what never sold at the Goodwill stores. You're already at a disadvantage to find good items. Not saying you can't or won't, but the Chances are very slim. My friend and I went on a Sunday around 2pm. It wasn't as packed as we thought it would be, just a good decent amount of people, but not many people wore gloves to dig in these bins full of dirt and sweat and dandruff. I mean I think they need to have stronger precautions in here (but that's just me). The employees are really tough and bothered, but I get it. It's not a pleasant place to work, and there's a language barrier with the customer base. Seems like lots of folks who shop here and are the ones "going crazy" for the items send these things to other countries to help their family or loved ones. It was our first time, so if it's your first time, this is how it goes: The staff rolls out new carts until a row of them form. No one is allowed to get to those carts and they are off limits. People start forming lines where the tape is. Then, when the carts are ready? The staff allows the lines to go one by one. Like a roller coaster ride. Once people are in their spots, they need to WAIT to start searching. Staff WILL LET YOU KNOW when it's "go". You'll know because that's when The frenzy happens. If there's already open bins then you can just go right in. Not for the squeamish, that's for sure. My friend and I found about 3 good items each and a ton of great books. They also take the Goodwill rewards cards so you rack up points. read more

The workers here need a serious attitude check. There are no posted signs instructing customers on the rules of the Goodwill bins. The workers are RUDE. There should be PA instruction on the intercom when new bins are being brought out. It's extremely confusing as a customer who has never been here before. I cannot believe how workers were speaking to customers. They act like they were just released from Prison. Completely incompetent and rude as can be to customers. Unacceptable. At the end of the day, a worker got on the intercom and said, "We are closing in 1 hour. Checkout now. If our registers go down, you will NOT be able to check out." This was 5PM!!! This repeated every 5 minutes for the next hour." The worker was practically shouting GET OUT OF MY STORE from how she was talking into the mic. From the customers perspective, it is as if the customers are being treated as kindergartens/inmates. Please have rules mentioned over your PA system. Terrible terrible terrible service. I heard about this place while conducting an online search for local Goodwill locations in Central Florida. I got curious and wanted to stop by. I've made a total of three visits and will not go back. The first visit l found it was closed because the business hours were incorrect on Google at the time. The second visit I picked up some books which were awesome. You paid by the pound and still do for clothing. The third visit I found out they no longer sold books which is a huge bummer because you could get a decent amount of books for super cheap! If you are going for your first time just be wary there is always going to be a long line to get into the shopping area. You will have to wait in a line with a ton of other customers and it can get overwhelming. The clientele is a little rough. They have a weird system that only allows a certain amount of people to shop at once then they rotate, etc. The instructions for this are not posted anywhere so it can be confusing your first time around but definitely check with an employee if you can grab the attention of one. There weren't many available but I was lucky enough to talk with a nice employee at the time. Pros: cheap clothing (you pay by the pound) Cons: long wait, clumped bins so you have to do digging, and no more books. Is it worth the drive out there? I'd say go at least once and see what you can get otherwise it's not. read more

Understand what the store is...an outlet of leftovers, so your expectations shouldn't be set too high. Plus, the store is 95% clothing. My first visit was on a Friday with my daughter. There were many, many bins to explore and we did not participate in the queue for new arrival bins. You must do a lot of digging to pull up items from the bottom of the bins and sometimes you'll find similar clothing together in a bin, but not always. Both my daughter and I found many articles of clothing in our sizes that were in excellent condition. We were tired after about 90 minutes of digging and barely made it through a few bins. The experience would have been better if they had more shopping carts. We had to dig and hold on to our articles for a while before I snagged a cart from someone checking out. Besides flannel shirts, denim jackets and jeans that we picked up, would you believe I found a mink coat? Everything is by weight, so for our trip regular clothing was about $1 per piece while denim shorts or jeans about $2. The mink coat...$6! read more

I LOVE Goodwill Outlet stores (bin stores) because it's always like a treasure hunt... It's basically a "clearance" of goodwill items. Unlike normal Goodwill stores, where everything is organized, priced, and hung up... At outlets, they roll out bins of clothing and housewares. You have to dig through these bins, but anything that you find and want to buy, is sold by the pound instead of at a set price, which is usually around a dollar per pound. I've been going to Goodwill outlets for YEARS, and they used to be somewhat sort of a "hidden gem." It wasn't till a few years ago when most of the population began to catch on and go too... This made it less fun because usually each store is overcrowded, and people swarm new bins like vultures... I've even saw a few fights break out over people grabbing things out of each other's hands and shopping carts... That being said, I rarely find myself going to these locations anymore for that very reason. However, this location wasn't AS bad as the others I've seen... They have a set pattern of rules they follow... Example: You line up and can NOT touch the bins until they are all locked into place, certain sections close etc... But the store is pretty large enough for everyone to spread out anyways. I found a few good things in my visit: a backpack, tank top, shorts, and even a hat... and spent less than $2! I highly recommend checking this location out if you love thrifting, just beware of the rules... and the vultures! read more

only for the adventurous !! this store is in an industrial complex: building 1030, Crews Park. do take care around the trucks, trailers, and freight traffic in the area. located off Taft Vine Land road, between the Florida turnpike and US 441 -- Orange Blossom trail (Orlando Florida USA). when you get there.. the south part (e-commerce) and the middle part (the plant) are NOT for customer use. rather use the north part of the building (the outlet center). upon entering... there is a wait area when part of the store is closed off for bin movement: for safety. once set up... expect a free for all. and fabulous finds!!! this runs the gamut from really nice down to junk. the secret is that all the stuff there could not be sold in the regular stores. the majority is clothing. the rest... all else. being serendipitous will go a long way here. off the record i have seen foreigners buying in bulk, sight unseen... to sell this at home with markups. amazing ! oh, and one last thing... all sold by weight. self bagging, too. read more

I love shopping at thrift and bin stores. I have looked forward to shopping at this Goodwill Bin for months and had the opportunity to visit it today. Sadly my experience was poor and overall the worst shopping experience I have ever had. The employees were harsh and rude. Myself and other customers were left in confusion about the rules of this certain bin. Many of us would accidentally make a mistake and get yelled at by employees. I was only at this location shopping in the bins with my mother for fifteen minutes. Sadly we left early due to the employees making my mother began getting nervous and overwhelmed. It is rare I leave a review and complain about stores, yet this is one review I had to write. I felt embarrassed for the way my mom was treated there. read more

I was a little worried about going here for the first time because I feel like the reviews make it seem terrible. Upon arriving, parking was a little crowded but there were plenty of spots open right across the street. Once I got inside, I was a little confused of how it worked and what to do but someone who was waiting in line (for the new bins) saw me looking around and noticed I was a bit confused, explained it all to me. She explained how you can go and start searching through bins or wait in line for the new bins. It is a bit crowded but nothing terrible and never was there an issue. When the new bins come out and they let the people in line start going through them, it can get a little crazy. They will run, frantically dig, etc. Others who didn't wait in line have to wait until they were done going through the bins before they could go to the new bins which bothered some people. This place is great for what it is, you can go find some great things if you have the time and patience to go through all the different bins. As far as all the staff, they were beyond nice and helpful. I wish I got the cashiers name who helped me because she was the sweetest person and was such a huge help.
